Best italian food in the Fox Valley area. Wish they'd go back to their previous bread but other than that , their pasta is fresh and tasty!! Highly recommend the lasagna and the tomato basil cream pasta.

Always a solid choice for Italian food. Pizza is always great if you're looking for something more casual, but the entrees and untouchables are fantastic for a more upscale experience. The only complaint I have is that sometimes it gets a little chilly at the tables near the main entrance during the winter. Just order an extra glass of red wine to warm up

The red sauce was too sweet. Grandma (from Sicily) used to put a little sugar in a LARGE pot of red sauce, way too much here at Cannovas. This sauce was missing oregano, salt, had too much sugar. Service was over 30 mins to serve spaghetti and meatballs? The garlic cheese bread was missing garlic. Service was mediocre. BUT, what are you going to do in Neenah, WI? Is this what the community expects? Anthony Cannovas would be disappointed . Beer and pizza may be best.

I’ve been travelling to Neenah on business for years. Not sure why I haven’t stopped in until tonight.What a local treasure - truly excellent service, surroundings, and yes, the pizza is superb. While the wood-fired trend seems to be the thing post-2020, Cannova’s stays with tradition in an old school oven.The toppings are generous, full-fat mozzarella, fresh eveything, wall-to-wall and (being the Midwest) cut square-party style.Terrific wine list too. Can’t say enough. Highly recommend.

We were sat at a table across from the bar. People at the bar kept bumping into me and were extremely loud. We could not have a conversation. I asked them if they would give us space, but there really wasn't any place for them to go, but they no longer bumped into us.The food was delicious but warm when it was brought to us. The waitress was polite and very helpful.We knew it was a higher price restaurant before going. Overall, the price we paid for our food was not worth the experience.If you get sat in the other room I think you could enjoy the experience.

I was searching for a nearby restaurant for a quick dinner and chose Cannovas. I walked 2 blocks and was immediately served. I eat light, so I ordered the brushetta for dine in and a pizza to go.My waitress was extremely accommodating and attentive. The brushetta was not the best I've had, but it was good.The Margarhita pizza was boxed for takeout, and I have to say it was definitely one of the best ever!The atmosphere was great and the waitress was the best! Kudos!

One of our favorite places has turned into nothing but a nightmare. Service was absolutely terrible. We waited and waited. After seeing 4 tables served before us, I asked the hostess if we could get a server. Well, we pissed someone off as the waitress was nothing but short and rude with us. So disappointing!

I waited 50 minutes for a to go order. I was told that would be faster than waiting for a table, which was 45 mins. Would have been fine if the food was good. I got spaghetti and meatballs and it tasted like chef Boyardee. Sicilian pizza was just okay.
