“Excellent cocktails, outstanding server! Raw oysters were great. My pork schnitzel was ok, a little tough and was hoping for a little more pronounced seasoning. However, the shrimp appetizer was fantastic and the other entrees my family had were awesome! Would go back , but probably would order the beef mushroom ragu or a different entree.“

“We were here at 3:30 pm, so it was very quiet. I saw someone complain about the cleanliness but it seemed clean to me even the bathroom.
It took quite a while to get our drinks and the waiter kept apologizing. I believe they were training staff at the bar.
As far as seating - plenty for big crowds.
Food - Pre-meal croissant with honey butter.
I ordered ribs with honey bbq, buttered corn and southern green beans. Everything was hot, cooked as it should have been and delicious. Even the corn had a nice crisp. The ribs fell off the bone. My rasp margarita was meh, I've had better.
Husband had grilled sirloin, loaded potato and green beans. He said it was very tender and actually very good. The raspberry iced tea was also great.

“We met some family who were staying at the Double Tree Hotel after we had all had a long day of celebrating my wife’s 60th b’day. The atmosphere was just what the doctor ordered; quiet, comfortable and elegant. Quite the opposite of our crowded garage party. Our bartender was outstanding in her attention to us and her drink preparation. We ordered a variety of adult drinks and a menagerie of snacks and dips. They all came in a timely manner and all hit the spot quite nicely. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax in a more sophisticated setting than your local sports bar, The Forge is a great choice.“
