I order my pizza the same way every time I order it I ask for it uncut now because they don't understand what well done means this time they didn't understand what no Phillysteak on my pizza. I did not want the Philly steak on my pizza. The whole freaking pizza was covered with it. I am beyond upset. Besides that, I got a bunch of stupid garlic knobs that are not knots but some kind of stubs and they were gross and unraised dough. That should have been thrown away this morning greasy mess The pizza look good till I discovered that they put steak on it that I asked to not be on the damn thing. How hard is that?

They might deliver fast but they have gotten my order wrong the past 3 times I've ordered. Twice they straight up delivered the wrong order, my name wasn't even on the receipt. Never again

Went in to pick up an order today, only had a $50 bill in cash- got told they cant accept that for any orders under $30. This is supposed to be posted in stores that have this rule- and was not posted anywhere online or in store. The employee then proceeded to not even hand us our change, put it on the counter instead- then turned around and almost didnt give us our soda we had to pay for just to use the only money I had on me which was the $50 bill. Their employees dont seem to give a crap. Dominos has now lost my business with them- I hope this helps other people!!

Service absolutely sucked. I ordered 2 pizzas. One sausage with mushroom and the other a specialty pizza. Domino's person on phone repeated exactly what I said. After $50 and picked up my order, I hurried to get home only to find out that I was given 3 pizzas: one specialty, one sausage only and one mushroom only. I Should have paid more attention to what I was picking up when I took the order. VERY PISSED OFF. NEVER AGAIN!!! Domino's will never ever see me again.

These people gave my family & I under cooked food & forgot my sauce I paid for! I’ve never had cheesy bread that barely had cheese before & it was super doey & disgusting .. not to mention they said they were going to call when they were outside and instead left my food outside my door on the ground! Your third shift staff tonight 7/9/24 around 11pm need to be tf fired!!!!

They always seem to forget the drinks when ordering delivery. Feels like a coin flip if you actually get the drink that's ordered. Food is always good and they are prompt on delivery times. Just remember the drinks and everything would be great.

Warning: Do not ever order from Dominos in Appleton or Neenah. There hasn't been a single time I haven't been charged at least 3 extra times for my order and been refused any help or refund of inaccurate charges. Too bad so sad not my problem. Just paid $207 for a $17.00 pizza. Was charged 9 times in a row. Last time they did this they never even brought my order. Neverrrr againnnn. Last time I had to file a fraud dispute and cancel my card took me about 21 days to fix. Here's to the next month of having no card and all my bills bouncing because of it while I wait for a replacement. All my money was on that card so now I have no way to access that or pay my bills for 3 weeks.The first time I thought maybe it was just that location so finally got my money back tried another location same thing paid well over $100 for a small pizza. Took a month to fix. This time I figure ok well this is an entirely different city and it's been 2 years since that happened how could it happen again. Nope dominos in Neenah just ripped me for $207 and change. No apology no I'll try to fix it let me look into it just "That didn't happen." That's wild cause I can see it right here on my bank account. "Well that's just not true because you weren't. If you were those charges will probably fall off eventually" How? they didn't the last two times your company said that why would they now? Your company has never refunded me for incorrect charges unless a fraud dispute is filed. Im not stupid. You just don't want to resolve it so you want me to wait an extra week thinking my funds will magically reappear. Meantime I tell her the driver is downstairs with the portion of the order he forgot and I have to answer his call and asked to quickly get the 1800 number since she said she won't fix it and then because she knows I'm hurrying to meet her driver to get my missed half of my order she proceeds to sarcastically read out the number as slow as possible so I missed the driver and he left.NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINOS especially if you are me and prone to awful luck. I tried to be polite and calm but when they refused to refund me not gonna lie I started crying I work hard for my money and then was treated just terribly and rudely like I was just crazy for breaking into tears because you just put me in a dangerous financial situation that I can't fix. Have compassion you never know that might mean a person is losing their car because that 200 was for their car payment or because of your mistake they now can't afford to get their medication for the month. Never making this mistake again.
