It’s literally 4/5 time I order from this location, I’m always missing something from an order. From dipping cups to entire pastas. I only ever make a remark to the driver that’s it’s all good, not their fault. But like I said. 4 out of 5 times I pay for something that I don’t receive. Forgetting or not paying attention when prepping or just nickle and diming money, whatever the problem is they are not to keen on fixing the issue when you call or reimbursing for what you paid for and never received.

Extremely disrespectful staff. Tried there new stuffed crust pizza one slice in I realized the dough tasted bitter and felt raw so brought it in. When I pulled up the front door was locked so I was instructed to go to the drive-thru window when I got there the manager with the short blonde-ish hair told me that they use a different dough for the stuffed crust pizza *which I did not already know beforehand* and I was told that it was completely normal for the dough to taste like that I eventually agreed to get a new pizza made but requested hand tossed to avoid this again. When I walked past the front of the building to get to my car again I overheard her screaming about how horrible the interaction was and I was stupid people are too other co-worker. I don't understand how they can have staff like this. Update: called this morning spoke with a different manager who handled this perfectly and said he would bring it to the general managers attention. Also got food poisoning again.

Let me tell you. This Domino's in Neenah, needs to be shout down. This is the second time, and now the last time I'll get anything from Domino's. Sunday night bought two pizza's, and these were the worst pizza's I have ever had. Month's ago, I got pizza's and chicken, they worse chicken I've ever had. They shouldn't do chicken.. So. I'm done with Domino's, I just thought I would give them a second chance, I was wrong, for doing that..

Barely any cinnamon and butter on cinnamon twists. And attitude about going to the pick up window. She wanted us to get away from the window and no one else used it the entire 18 minutes we were there

I order here quiet a bit and do pick up at the window. We’ve been a customer for 3 years and never had a complaint. The employees are friendly and the pizza is always fresh and made correctly. Not sure why so many people complain about the most stupidest things.

had to contact the store multiple times because they had claimed the order was delivered and then the second call they said the order had a slight delay it took 2 hours to get the pizzas.

The absolute worst service from driver and food was not made fresh. Order said it would be here in 39 min but arrived in less than 10 mins enough time to drive from the store to my home with no baking time. The driver stood on my porch and was extremely disrespectful to me!!! I will never order from this location ever again, because I wouldn't want that crazy man on my property again. Thank goodness I have cameras, because he is crazy!! If he walks on my property ever again I will call the police!

Food was great but the heavy set young lady and her guy friend there was very loud and saying something smelled of cigarettes and blunts of some sort and she also was very angrily slamming pots as she made food.Maybe she smelled herself but I won't dine in again.

Out of bread twists when it’s one of your main things on a Friday by 4pm is crazy - should probably focus on sorting out obvious truck order issues
