Warning: Do not ever order from Dominos in Appleton or Neenah. There hasn't been a single time I haven't been charged at least 3 extra times for my order and been refused any help or refund of inaccurate charges. Too bad so sad not my problem. Just paid $207 for a $17.00 pizza. Was charged 9 times in a row. Last time they did this they never even brought my order. Neverrrr againnnn. Last time I had to file a fraud dispute and cancel my card took me about 21 days to fix. Here's to the next month of having no card and all my bills bouncing because of it while I wait for a replacement. All my money was on that card so now I have no way to access that or pay my bills for 3 weeks.
The first time I thought maybe it was just that location so finally got my money back tried another location same thing paid well over $100 for a small pizza. Took a month to fix. This time I figure ok well this is an entirely different city and it's been 2 years since that happened how could it happen again. Nope dominos in Neenah just ripped me for $207 and change. No apology no I'll try to fix it let me look into it just "That didn't happen." That's wild cause I can see it right here on my bank account. "Well that's just not true because you weren't. If you were those charges will probably fall off eventually" How? they didn't the last two times your company said that why would they now? Your company has never refunded me for incorrect charges unless a fraud dispute is filed. Im not stupid. You just don't want to resolve it so you want me to wait an extra week thinking my funds will magically reappear. Meantime I tell her the driver is downstairs with the portion of the order he forgot and I have to answer his call and asked to quickly get the 1800 number since she said she won't fix it and then because she knows I'm hurrying to meet her driver to get my missed half of my order she proceeds to sarcastically read out the number as slow as possible so I missed the driver and he left.
NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINOS especially if you are me and prone to awful luck. I tried to be polite and calm but when they refused to refund me not gonna lie I started crying I work hard for my money and then was treated just terribly and rudely like I was just crazy for breaking into tears because you just put me in a dangerous financial situation that I can't fix. Have compassion you never know that might mean a person is losing their car because that 200 was for their car payment or because of your mistake they now can't afford to get their medication for the month. Never making this mistake again.

Ordered food @12:15, didn't get it until after 3pm. When I called the girl was very curt and told me that they were 3hrs behind all orders. No apologies for the delay or explanation. Disappointing to say the least.

Something went wrong with the app. I called and spoke to Adam. While he said he was new. He helped us amazingly and was able to honor the coupon that is meant for ordering online. Thank you very much Adam and Domino's on Commercial St. Your think crust pizza rocks!!

Ordered a sandwich and they were so light on the toppings every other bite was nothing but bread. Very disappointed with them at this location.
Never been treated so rude and disrespected by the girl answering the phone tonight. If you don't know how to treat people in a professional manner what kind of business is that? Reporting this matter to corporate. Got the phone hung up on me twice! Got my pizza home and it was made wrong and sloppy barley any sauce and the extra cheese was heaped on one side. Not to mention the cheese bread was undercooked and not even cut.. do employees that work at this domino's care about your food??

We had a gift card. We don't usually order from Domino's. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and extra mushrooms, which we did not get. Also ordered loaded tots, and they were burned. Also ordered pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread. That was actually really good. We also ordered and were charged for a cup of ranch dipping sauce and did not get that. Very disappointed and will not be back. Hoping they will compensate me for the big mistakes asap. I did try to contact them via my feedback on the online order, but have not heard back yet.

I’ve been ordering dominoes for years it blows me away how many times the drivers ask for tips before giving you your food no where on the website does it says you are required to give them tips and I don’t think my food should be kept from me until they get a tip I think that is beyond ridiculous I usually just give them a 3-4 dollar tip on the card instead of the 10-15 dollar tips in cash I have waiting for them since the drivers want to be so rude and ask are you leaving my tip on the card the second I barely have the door open have some respect

My boyfriend and I had ordered a pizza around 11:30pm store was still open we had ordered online as well get to the store and the door is locked a worker watched us stand outside and he shook his head and walked into the back room and hid till we left as we were driving past the store window he can out of the back window plus not to mention when we were at the door we seen our pizza in the place the pizzas sit and I know it was ours cause one the app said it was backed and ready for pickup and two we always get the same box which would be the black colored box and that was sitting there but like I said the worker has not let us in nor Gave us the pizza he had ran and hid. So this has been the worst experience ever.
We have had amazing service and food the last several times we ordered. Tonight was so good a review was needed. Other places seem to use outside sources so our food is rarely hot and typically bland. This location is so fast and friendly and we will continue to order from them.
