FROZEN TREE ICE CREAM

Made a trip down - should have been open since 11, it's noon and they are closed, lights off dark.

The ice cream was pretty good. Service was great. Seemed somewhat empty inside and was hard to find

Disappointed that they didnt have Exhausted Parent in the selection anymore. Also they didnt have larger waffle cones, only the waffle
-looking sugar cones.

Best ice cream in town! One of the only places to get hard scoop ice cream. Great service and great flavors!

The (New River Heath) Broke Tree-hosted our company Happy Hour this week. The team did a fantastic job, with fresh aps, taps and an assortment of pizza. Many postive and happy comments from our staff. So happy we had the patio for our event. Even with a little rain the overhangs made it all still work.

My wife and I took her grandchildren there last night (Friday). They were very busy, but they were very friendly and helpful and very kind to our grandchildren. The pizza was GREAT and the staff was Accommodating and extremely friendly! Looking forward to going back soon.

Perfect little shop to get a nice scoop of ice cream. They have a good selection of flavors, toppings and drinks to choose from.***This is not a negative, just a suggestion***It would be nice if you would separate the flavors that have nuts into one case, and have the other without. I was concerned about cross contamination because I have a nut allergy, but it's mild so I was fine risking it. Othes might not be though, and it might cause them to look for options elsewhere.

This was our first time here. We had Great service, food was really good. Some of us got a calzone, I could’ve shared with someone it was a good size I’d say it’s like a 12” pizza folded in half. One of us got a 12” Pizza & she really liked it. She had leftovers as well. This restaurant is convenient to walk to from the Double Tree Hilton Hotel. We will definitely go here again when we visit Neenah.

I took my mom to lunch. We enjoyed the casual setting, and staff is helpful. We decided to order a pizza, though we found out that there is also a wonderful pizza buffet. Many interesting pizzas to choose from. We chose the Duke Silver - goat cheese, bacon, tomato with honey. Highly recommend. Crust was thin and the taste delicious. Will take my husband for sure--he knows pizza.

Smallest scoop ever

Last two times we were here for dinner highlighted same mistakes in service. Both times hardly busy. Entered restaurant to find several tables not wiped down. The waitress is quick to take drink and food orders. First time, pizza sat under a heat lamp for a bit. Staff very slow! We felt invisible. Tonight, same issues. Our pizzas were sitting on a counter for a solid 5 minutes (no heat lamp). Barely lukewarm upon delivery to us. Both times we had to ask for plates, silver and napkins. Pizza is decent. But we wont be back. Staff stands around when there are things to be done!
