No visible signage to find the shop, no lights on so you could not tell the place was even open, could not pay in cash, scoops way too small for $4.00. Never come here again.

Please at least update hours accordingly, if you’re short staffed or not going to be open when your posted hours say otherwise
love this place. their ice cream is really delicious. I definitely recommend going here
Showed up around 2pm on a Saturday and they were closed, despite both online and an in person sign saying they were open until 9pm. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with reviews, but alas. If you are consistently understaffed or something, please update hours accordingly or at least post a sign saying when you will reopen
Just like many other reviews mentioned this place is not open during their scheduled hours. I came at 7pm on a Sunday to find them closed even though online hours say open till 8pm AND their summer hours that are posted outside the shop say open till 9pm. Really disappointing
Posted hours 11am-8pm, was there at 6:45pm and it was closed.
What a shame. A beautiful Saturday evening and Frozen Tree was close? Hours posted was 11a - 9p. We showed up around 5pm and the place was dark with no signs saying why they were closed.
Went around 7pm there was a line out the door and only one employee and almost nothing was stocked up. She went into the theater restaurant part to ask for help and a male employee came in helped with one customer and ran back out it was stupid how long of a wait it was for two junior scoops of ice cream. Asked for a receipt and was told they don't print in the ice cream shop they print in the pizza shop.

Awesome little shop in a cool downtown building
Made a trip down - should have been open since 11, it's noon and they are closed, lights off dark.
The ice cream was pretty good. Service was great. Seemed somewhat empty inside and was hard to find
