I love this hardees. The employees are always on point and my order is always fresh. However today is possibly the last time I ever come here. AI took my order at the drive thru and it was a terrible experience. Imagine having to call spectrum to place an order for food. Just an awful experience. I will hope that enough people will complain so I can go here again.

I've started keeping track of my visits to this Hardee's. On my last 7 visits, my order was wrong 4 times. Even started to walk in now instead of using the drive through. I love the food. But you guys HAVE to start getting people's orders correct. Not sure what you need to do to get it right, but this guy is about to change over to Culver's!

Haven't been here in over a year and now I remember why. Food was literally freezing cold. Asked for no Tomato...comes with tomatoes. Spent 30$ on 2 meals that we didn't even eat. Never again.

Food is reasonable value. Heart-shaped biscuits, how intolerably cutesy. Leaves gaps covering the materials inside, when the biscuit purpose is to provide a barrier. Can guess who was responsible for this idea.

Awesome staff, great food, everyone is always happy. The new AI is different, but it's just as easy to stop in and see smiling faces in person versus ordering in drive if I dont like it. Keep up the great work!
