Great young men you have working here. The gentleman wearing glasses w/hat could see what I was eyeing on the menu and asked if I wanted the pastrami, he's good. After taking my order he effectively communicated with me then proceeded to clean the dining area. Great job all around here.

The drive-thru was quick, the food is high-quality, and the manager Melissa was very helpful when I had some questions about the rewards account.

This is why I prefer J-Mikes over Subway, friendly-faces, good food, and quick service. 10/10

I recently visited this location to redeem points for a free sub, but the points were never taken off as promised and I didn't realize it until much later on. I called them as soon as I realized the mistake and the manager Ethan went above and beyond to make the situation right. I am truly grateful for Ethan's effort and the amazing customer service provided!

Subs were spectacular but the wait was a lot longer than expected.Definetly not Jimmy Johns pace. Not sure why it took so long but this is the second time this has happened?? Not going back until I hear of better promptness. I was in the driveway thru and I will bet I waited for 12 minutes.This is not a fast food facility at all. Great Tasting Subs , But you better shut off your vehicle and save gas while you wait.

I got sick from eating a sub with ham and bacon. Immediately felt sick after eating it and was sweating profusely. Woke up next morning to throwing up all day. Realized I was served recalled meat and very disappointed. I want a refund and compensation for my injurys or I will be taking this to court. I still have a portion of the sub I can get tested for listeria as well.

Now I will admit Jersey Mike's isn't my favorite sandwich shop... but they are still pretty good, plus my wife loves them. If we want a quick and easy meal, this is a good spot. Our sandwiches are always good and made correctly, whether we go in or oder online it's always pretty speedy. No complaints on my end.

Celiac friendly! I’m so impressed with the staff and their training for gluten free orders. Gluten free options come pre-packaged (partnership with Uldi) and the team took measures to mitigate cross-contamination as best as possible. While there’s always a risk for those with celiac, the team made me feel very comfortable— and were both friendly and knowledgeable while cleaning and preparing my order. Well done!

Sydney Weeks

Placed an in-store pick up order was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Went to the store to pick it up at the scheduled pick up time and then proceeded to wait for an additional 20 minutes. When inquiring about my order I was flippantly told that it wasn’t ready yet while it sat on the shelf. During that time several customers walking in the store had ordered and received their food. There were five employees behind the counter and I understand that it was busy but the lack of updated wait time and polite customer service when inquiring about my order was inexcusable.
