Jimmy John's in Neenah is, well, just another Jimmy John's. The sandwiches are what you expect, nothing amazing, nothing terrible. But what really stood out was a negative experience I had with one of their delivery drivers.

This driver was aggressively tailgating me on a 30 mph road, then proceeded to flip me off and attempt to pass me in a no-passing zone! Thankfully, oncoming traffic prevented a potentially dangerous situation.

This kind of reckless driving is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. While I might still grab a sandwich from Jimmy John's in a pinch, this incident definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully, they address this driver's behavior and prioritize safety on the road.

I just revisited this location and they redeemed themselves; everything went smooth, and it was good.
2 stars 6 years ago: Worst experience with JJ..we were running late, so I prepaid on a preorder as a passenger in the car. We ran in to get our 2 subs, they weren't done! We waited behind 2 people ordering food; after they ordered, the girl at the counter pointed, over there, for pickup. We walked to the end of the counter, the sandwiches were passed to the front...we started walking back to the front while they were passed back to the back...annoyed.

Went to pick up my order 30 mins before close and got told that I couldn’t have my fountain drink because they already cleaned the machine. Paid for the drink got handed an empty cup and didn’t offer a bottled one or anything.

Grace everything

Driver couldnt follow simple instructions even after calling the store to confirm they got the Instructions. And after talking to driver on the phone twice. She still couldn't follow Instructions.

How does a sub place run out of the bread to make a sub at six o’clock at night? Disappointing

Went in to pick up a mobile order and they were still working on it. Saw that they were putting the wrong meats on, so I said something. Employees evidently got mad I said something. Kid mangled sub as he snatched wrong ingredients off and wrapped it back up. It still was not correct as I had customized the sub as well. I had to say something, again, and got met with more eye rolling and huffing.

I ordered a tuna sandwich combo twice in a row with double tuna, they keep skimping and I said something twice. Not coming back unfortunately

Always fresh ingredients, great bread, and toppings. Delivery and pickup are speedy (assuming dine in is too).

Kid-friendliness: Kid sandwiches and sides/drinks. Slims and only meat adult sandwiches are great options for school agers that dont want toppings (protein/meats only) or want toppings but not a lot of meat (slims)

Last two times I ordered, it took close to an hour for delivery and I'm only a couple miles away. I understand there are usually routes for multiple deliveries, but close to an hour for a two mile distance is pretty ridiculous. Both times the order was showing as being delivered for around 10-15 minutes before the driver actually showed up. The most recent time, I ended up calling to find out where my order was and was told the driver was just arriving. I asked why they were marking the delivery as complete 10-15 minutes early and was only told in an irritated voice that "They are there now". Not sure what is going on, but this location used to be great and seems to be slipping.

One girl in the back always says hi. The guys at the register act like it's an inconvenience I'm there. Constantly cut you off to rush you through your order. No tomatoes, Double onion. Always get tomatoes and can barely find the razor thin onions in the sea of lettuce. I get that it's fast food but ffs give it a little effort.Store gets 3 stars only because the food is decent. Cust service so bad I don't think I'll go back.

This tullar rd Jimmy John’s is literally the best one in the area. The food is always top notch and made with love, it’s exactly what I asked for; and you can tell everyone here likes their job. I go out of my way to go to the Tullar Rd Jimothy Jonathan’s for the experience and food. Keep it up folks!

Delivery took over an hour and sandwich was missing. Manager did not apologize and didn't seem interested in rectifying the situation in a timely fashion. Better off ordering somewhere else until they can get their problems sorted out.

Really good subs for take-out. Delivery last time took forever. Wasn't freaky fast.

Took some sammies home. Was tasty. Like usual, the bread is hard to bite thru and the insides prolapse. Still tasty.
