7:45pm I went to the drive through. Sorry sir, we are out of everything? Sounds a little fishy to me

First impression was not good and things did not improve.There was no ice in the soda machine and the No Sugar Pepsi was flat. After 30 minutes we still did not have drinkable soda or food. We asked for a refund and was told they cannot do refunds. We left without food we paid for and without a refund. Workers were arguing saying they made the order. Probably gave it to someone in the drive through. Very unhappy.
Soda was flat. We informed the store manager. We waited for our sodas and food for 30 minutes and never got any of it.
We asked for our money back and were told they were not able to do that.
Worst service I have ever had!
RUDE! The doors are locked at 7:15pm with only 1 employee car in the parking lot. Order pick up so went to the drive thru to grab it. I've had issues in the past with the location and missing food or wrong items so wanted to check the bag before I left since they no longer give refunds. Nice girl hands me my bag and tries to give me a soda I didn't order which I declined. I'm checking the bags and a RUDE gentleman comes to the window asking if it was all there. I said I was checking and no one else was there or in the drive thru. He rudely asked me to pull up by the doors if I was going to check my order. New management hasn't helped this location and I won't be giving them another chance. I understand why there is never anyone there beyond the extremely high prices. Avoid at all costs!
The associates at this location went above and beyond. I just wish that corporate would allow them to have all the things they need to succeed. Also it could use a renovation to keep up with the rest of the fast food joints. All in all I give the people working there today a 15 out of 10.
This place is going downhill. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the next KFC. Trust me it's worth it!
The manager was as helpful as she could be given the fact that it's their policy to not give refunds when they can't even offer the product ordered! It's wrong to not give a refund when it's clearly the fault of the restaurant. Thank you to the manager who paid us back our of her own pocket since the general manager wouldn't do anything! Do better KFC
First they are understaffed. Ordered online and had a pick up time and didn't get the order until 20 minutes after pick up time.I was told everything is there.When I got home I found out they forgot a whole 6 piece family meal.Really gone down hill.
Went through the drive thru and was told to wait. Waited 15 minutes and no response. Got out of the drive thru and went inside to place my order instead and saw only 2 people working. They were having a hard time getting orders through and looked confused. There were 4 people waiting in line to order food but no employee was able to take an order. Waited another 20 minutes in line but still no movement. Decided to leave and go somewhere else.

Quality of service was poor as well as the amount of chicken in each of the 3 KFC famous bowls we ordered. Very little gravy and very little chicken.

They really do not care here at all, expect to wait, get bad service and to have your order wrong.

Wanted to take my kids out for dinner somewhere we could sit and eat, nobody was in the parking lot but there was no sign on the door saying we couldn’t eat there. The lady took our order and let us pay then handed us our food in a bag, as we tried to sit down she said no you can’t sit inside cause there’s just 2 of us working and if you sit in here then other people will just start flooding in here! (Her words) I spent almost $30 just for my kids and I to have to eat at home, and when we got there the food was cold. I sooo wanted to ask for my money back, horrible service. She could have at least told us before we ordered, who brings their kids in a restaurant for take out?!
