They turned me away at the drive thru because they were busy and only taking online orders. There was on car in the parking lot. Super busy I guess not a good way to stay in business when you turn away customers.

Absolutely horrible. Put in for a pick up order through the app arrived to the lobby doors locked, no response at the drive through speaker, saw someone through the pick up window at the counter and tried to wave her over and got blown off and proceeded to hide herself in the back, while a bag of food sat at the counter, that was likely our order. Thanks for wasting 57 dollars of my cash! I'll be getting a hold of my bank to nullify that first thing in the morning. ???

Coupons came in the mail, with the place having new ownership. I came through 15mins after they just opened at 11:00. Ordered a family meal of 12 piece and 3 sides. Felt kinda bad because there was only one worker, but he didn't show any annoyance. Instead he handled it with respect and great energy. Informed me he's the only one since they just opened, and it'll take about a extra 5minutes. Got my meal fresh and warm with great customer service. I couldn't see his name, but just seen that it said shift supervisor. Glad for it to reopen with new management, especially on Easter.

I should have known. $40 dollars for a what I was hoping for to be a good meal for my family. NO HONEY. NO BUTTER. Not only was there a (blonde) hair in my very first bite which was the Mac n cheese. After a long day of work going home and reading *NEW MANAGEMENT* thinking you know it’s Neenah definitely has to be better than other locations in the area. I get it an hour before close. But I still paid full price only to get the left overs before they hit the trash after the open sign flicks off. Only to find a hair in my food. Cold mash. Half burnt Mac n cheese. Room temperature chicken and a slap in the face because apparently new management doesn’t mean anything anymore. Some places just deserve the fate that’s coming. It’s been real KFC of Neenah ??? I’m sure a better option will take your spot, can’t wait!

Placed a pickup order and the items I needed were not able to be picked up. The process to get a refund was absolutely ridiculous and had to contact three different departments in KFC corporate to get no help. The employees were very rude and unprofessional.
This locations customer service is terrible. Went here over the summer to pick up an order made at 4pm as was told to come back in half an hour. After the second time of coming back a half hour later they got the order wrong. When we realized it went back to the location and they remade the order. When I arrived home again realized they made the same mistake as the first time so I went back for the 4th time and had to explain to them three times that my eight piece tender had three pieces. Finally got the correct order and ate at almost 7pm. We decided to try them again today and were told they had no original chicken only extra crispy. They refused to substitute or refund my app order and said "its not our fault the app is a third party". Ended up going over to Hardee's next door after no refund or food. We will be calling corporate again on monday.

Worst food experience ever!!!!! Why, NO chicken at 6pm on a Saturday night!!! I ordered online at 5pm, they said they were preparing my order and then said it was ready for pickup, it was not, they had no chicken ! They told me to go to Pick and Save to feed my family and REFUSED to give me a refund. When I demanded they refund my money they called the Police!!!!!

I got two meals, I got a chicken strip box and a 8 piece nuggets. All of the chicken was extremely hard, they forgot the sauces and the French fries tasted like crab. The mashed potatoes and gravy didn't taste right and the coleslaw was warm. We ended up throwing 75% of the food away. I will not go here again.

Since the Oshkosh location has been closed, we would always love making the trip here for some KFC. But the last 4 times have been less than ideal. Waited almost 5 minutes before someone answered us at the speaker. Was told there was only original chicken, no biggie. After paying however, we were then told the "oven died" and there would be no biscuits. They gave an entire large mashed potato/gravy which was a nice gesture.The customer service is dreadful, the wait time was questionable, if staffing is a big issue then perhaps it's time to call it quits with this KFC. Overall the food was decent, no complaints, but the entire experience is ruined for me.
