King Wok is so underrated. Came with friends and everything was fire. The General Tso’s chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the fried rice tasted fresh, not greasy. Service was quick and super nice. Good vibes, great food definitely coming back.

We had a sub-par experience here yesterday. It had been a while since we'd ordered here and couldn't remember why. Now I do. Hubby went in person to order and carry out. He placed the order and was told it would be just a few minutes, which turned into 45 minutes. 45 minutes for him to examine a store-front in great need of a deep cleaning.

Still, the people working were very nice and thanked him for waiting when they finally gave him our food. Upon his arrival at home we discovered that he was not given our correct order. We received two entrees, three orders of crab Rangoon, two orders of dumplings and one carton of rice. He had ordered (and paid for) three entrees, one which included shrimp... It was late, I was quite hangry and they close at 9 anyway so no way to rectify.

We ate some. The sweet and sour chicken was hard, dense, and when combined with the sauce was incredibly bland. How can sweet and sour be bland? The beef and snow peas was edible enough, but again, bland. And, the beef wasn't scattered throughout the peas, but rather it was in a few distinct clumps of beef. It just was odd. The crab Rangoon were crazy sweet. Not a normal level of delicate sweetness that should be present in crab Rangoon. I couldn't eat more than 2, and I love, love, love crab rangoon. (AND we had 3 packages of them). The dumplings could have been the lone salvation as they tasted great, but unfortunately they were packaged with the dipping sauce sitting on top of the dumplings, and the tops had come off the sauces in both dishes, so the dumplings were over-saturated in the sauce that should have been an accompaniment.

We definitely did not get our money's worth considering what we paid for and what we ended up with. I hope the other people truly enjoyed their meal, but I thought a review warranted so maybe the next time I can remember why we don't want to go here. It's worth the extra time to drive elsewhere.

This place needs a significant deep clean from the kitchen to the dining area and restroom. The food comes out tasting fine but the atmosphere makes me wonder

I am normally a big fan of Asian Thai in Appleton Wisconsin family love respect just a real down-to-earth mom and pop kind of joint . we order from King Wok ,this place is big f****** Pimpin. Delicious, delivered fast, hot,,big portions. They took a little slice of China and they brought that Heritage to America Big Trouble in Little China don't disappoint your tummy. Easy five stars .

Please do not order food from this restaurant. What I saw while waiting to pick up an order was disgusting. This place should be shut down.

When placing the order the person not other end sounded really annoyed and rude. Terrible experience from the second they answered the call. I will never consider this place again and honestly, you shouldn’t either.

Woman who took my order couldn't have been bothered to take the time to take it properly. I asked immediately for there to be delivery instructions to call me when they arrived. They called the wrong phone number and then yelled at me for it. They also never packed the sweet and sour sauce in my order. The owner who delivered my food yelled at me for his employee taking a lack of information. Poor service for a family run restaurant. We will not be ordering again. The offer of a 10 percent discount is disrespectful after being yelled at by the guy who runs this business.

This is by far my favorite take out Asian place anywhere around, they speak enough English to be able to get by and the woman is very nice and friendly. Now onto the most important part, the food is absolutely amazing! Everything we have tried there is awesome, especially the Chicken and Broccoli, General Tso's (the one made with white meat is the absolute best), their Szechuan Chicken is very spicy and good also. The best part that I have found several places don't do is that you can get anything you want mild (I love General Tso's but don't like it super spicy). Their prices are pretty average for your typical Asian restaurant but the quality of their food is superior. We have never had a bad experience here and I'm doubtful we ever will. If you are looking for a great Asian place anywhere withing 20 mins of Neenah this is definitely the place to go, just try it and you won't be sorry.

Kid-friendliness: Their teriyaki chicken comes on skewers so it's easier fir the kids to eat.

Customer service is rude, will make you the "bad guy" if they send you the wrong order and you call them. Used to enjoy but after that, no more. Pricey as well.
