Went in while staying at the hotel on a Saturday night, and it was surprisingly empty. Food was great, staff was extremely polite and talkative, and the decorations are great!

We met some family who were staying at the Double Tree Hotel after we had all had a long day of celebrating my wife’s 60th b’day. The atmosphere was just what the doctor ordered; quiet, comfortable and elegant. Quite the opposite of our crowded garage party. Our bartender was outstanding in her attention to us and her drink preparation. We ordered a variety of adult drinks and a menagerie of snacks and dips. They all came in a timely manner and all hit the spot quite nicely. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax in a more sophisticated setting than your local sports bar, The Forge is a great choice.

Good food, sides we're small, very small in my opinion. I had the mashed potatoes. Looks decent sized but we nearly a flat little pile.

My husband ordered 2 old fashioned sours with olives...1st they were out of olives 2nd the drinks tasted terrible. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and grilled cheese. Both were terrible. How can u mess up toasted cheese? We were terribly disappointed! If you are looking for a decent meal please look elsewhere.

Horrible service. Gave us the wrong food, we pointed out the fact it wasn’t correct and we thought it was the other people sitting near us (notice I didn’t say table, not typical restaurant seating) they told us nope, they ordered something completely different. The Blt’s were slopped together, 1 pc of lettuce, no mayo, cold fries. The meatball sub came out on a hot dog bun, also cold fries( we never ordered a meatball sub) Salad had no dressing. Asked for mayo, waitress turned and took someone else’s order. Asked waitress/bartender about the rest of the order, cheeseburger, chicken parm sub and a pretzel. It was never entered into the computer. Waited another 35 minutes for the rest of the food, 7 year old gave up waiting and ate a muffin from purse. We waited in total almost 2 hours!! The pretzel, biggest rip off when we finally got it. The chicken parm sub was good when we finally got it. Nothing we ordered was complicated. Overall horrible experience.

I've stayed at this hotel twice but never visited the restaurant on-site. A late flight in and a busy day ahead left me with limited choices, and I decided to check it out.The waitress/bartender was super helpful in answering questions I had concerning items on the menu.I decided on the pretzel bites and teriyaki chicken wings. She brought the pretzel bites out first, and although the beer cheese was not the best I've had, it was good.At the moment, my wings were brought out. I was so excited I told my husband who was on the phone with me that I would call him back because my favorite dish had arrived.I pushed my pretzel bites to the side and immediately dug into my wings to be immediately disappointed. They were cold! I reached down to the lower portion of the basket and tried another one, but it was also cold. The taste of the wings were amazing, but I could not eat them cold, so I asked them to be sent back. By the time my waitress got back to me for me to send them back, her explanation was that I had let them sit too long before eating. Hold up! What did you just say? I cook wings at home, and my family has to wait at least 5 mins before eating to prevent burning their mouths! I literally tried to eat these as soon as they were set before me!She was kind and removed the charge from my ticket but politely let me know that they were hot when she brought them out because they were personally cooked by their manager. I declined to comment that managers make mistakes, too.All good things start from leadership. Perhaps they need to implement corrective actions based on their customer complaints. Here's your sign.

Food was good. Cesar salad and Jalapeño Popper special was great! Bartender was sweet and helpful. Beer selection is decent for a hotel bar. Biggest complaint is the very cold room (65 degrees). How did I know? …cause I sneakily walked up to thermostat and changed the temp to a sane temperature (hahaha!). Space is classy and nice.
