They need sound dampening in the play area. With kids screaming there is too much echo.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went through the drive through and had to park to wait for food. No issue there. But the one time I don’t check the bag to make sure everything is there I get home and my nuggets are missing but thankfully I have 5 cups of ranch. Tried to call the store and no one answered. Great service!

Picked up my Grandson from school and was able to spend some time with him at this location. The play area for kids is clean, has a bathroom right inside the area, and no matter where you sit in the room you can see the children clearly as they climb and play. Used my mobile app and the staff delivered the food right to the table. Staff was friendly. Food was fresh and warm. Will stop again.

Gets rid of the self serve beverage station, can’t get your own drinks, can’t get own ketchup. Barely get any napkins and they don’t have them out for you. No staff actually working to help with the increase needs of staff. What a dumb business idea. Crap service now. What a pathetic restaurant this place has become.
Ordered 2 Egg McMuffins. Neither had ANY meat. Only found out once i got home. After calling so they could check on, what i hoped was a new person, i was told they would remake. I was not about to travel back with fuel costs what they are. However, I imagine if I had ordered egg, cheese muffins, it would have cost quite a bit LESS. Now, if i walked in, ordered an $8 order and only gave them $5 and left...I would get it for theft. Well, that's how I felt upon opening that order. But, can I call them in for theft? Nope. Check your orders!!!!

I Don’t even call in to complain anymore just go to Culver’s. Management here is incompetent. they will lie and say they’ll send coupons for your messed up order but to be honest at the rate they mess up they’d be giving food away all day so I kind of under stand why they never send them out. We have to do better. This is what happens when you tell good fast food employees to get real jobs cause they do it and now we’re stuck with the lack of a better option brigade. We used to be a country!!! lol jk all jokes aside though you guys SUCK! Not even in the cool onlyfans way.
