What an absolutely disgusting display of customer service! Not only was the manager rude to my mother who was calling to get information in regards to why her daughter and granddaughter who both have disabilities were just mistreated today but he was absolutely disgusting with the way he responded to her. Is that really how you treat your customers or parents that are trying to advocate for their adult children and grandchildren that have disabilities? Yes you may not believe it but some parents still Advocate and do everything for their own kids that may be adults but have certain disabilities. You should do better sir. To me what's worse of it is that my mom made you aware of the situation and then you continue to be disgusting in the way you treated her instead of acknowledging the situation.

There has been multiple times where I've waited 20+ minutes to pay for my order at the counter and got ignored. And then I have to wait for my food to be made, the wait time is unreasonable.

Anytime, literally anytime I decide to order here, nothing is what I paid for, condiments are wrong on sandwiches, drinks are ALWAYS the wrong size, and they never forget to leave something out of your order, then its just a waste to go back because who wants to go back and wait in line. Used to be great. Now staff is rude and will let food die in their back counter for 20 minutes until you yell for their attention after they ignore you for that whole time. This is the third time within a month my order has been cold and wrong and just wasting while not communicating to customers at all. Sad to say but I hope yall consider getting an entire new crew cuz it’s clearly an issue based on other recent reviews too. This sucks.

I ordered an egg McMuffin sub bacon but I came with sausage and no egg. How do you mess up that badly?
The workers are very unprofessional. Tok prouder and after we played for it, handed our card back and never said a word. We saw a worker wipe her nose with her sleeve and proceeded to finish the order. We were told to move to a stall to wait and then he bought our food out and never said a word, just handed us the food. Nothing looked clean either. Lost my appetite after that visit
