Would not recommend this McDonald's was waiting for somebody to come several people saw me and called for somebody else to come get me instead of taking the initiative to come and help me out. They weren't busy they had nobody in the Drive-Thru so I asked them if they had the Disney toys and if they knew a boxes they had and the person and I'm just trying to get one complete set so I have it from myself for a collection. I could totally understand if they were super busy and it was like a rush hour type of situation that they didn't have time but three other people were standing around so again would not recommend as they are not very accommodating. This makes me appreciate the other McDonald's that do go above and beyond and try and do what they can to help you when they are able to.

Good customer service for a McDonald's. Exactly as expected food. MickeyD's is a choice built on speed and knowing that the food in Neenah, Boston, Miami, Portland Maine and Portland Oregon all tastes the same. Not great but dependable.

As soon as I was walking in on July 30 just before 3 someone was carrying their baby right behind the counter and into the back towards the kitchen. The person carrying the child was dressed in pajamas and looked like they need to work on their hygiene. I left without ordering food because that's nasty.

I’ve gotta say. Never thought I would be leaving a review on a McDonald’s. But the staff here are some of the friendliest I’ve ever seen! When I placed an order for pickup at the counter, the lady greeted me by name when I walked in the door. Never have had that wonderful service! Thank you to the great employees at the Bell Street Neenah restaurant!

This is our local McDonald's since we live very close to it.
Food is always very hot and the orders are always accurate. Friendly employees and Managers willing to assist in any way they can. Don't usually dine in, but they times we have the restaurant is very clean and cashiers are attentive and polite.
