Awful. A complete waste of money for bland and way overcooked food. Both ramen bowls had no eggs. We each ate about 2 bites and were done with this overpriced garbage. Sushi was subpar, you will get better sushi at festival foods.

The food is not bad, just overpriced. You're expected to submit your order at a standing kiosk, even for dine-in. They are also unable to accommodate parties of 6 or more people. We had to sit at different tables.

Food was ready within 15 minutes for pickup, most of the food was good, chicken teriyaki was underwhelming head no yum yum sauce on it, chicken was dry, definitely not worth the cost in my opinion. I am doing a comparison to other places that serve similar products.

Sushi was warm and mushy and wouldn't stay together. Very bland. Ordered steak medium rare and it was well done. Miso soup was worst mix of flavors I've ever had for miso soup. Egg rolls were mushy too. Gyoza was okay.

NEVER try here on a holiday or busy day. We have been coming here for 2 years and love the food, it is great Sushi. However, Valentines Day they were in complete and utter disarray with managing the incoming orders. There were 20-30people continuously in the doorway waiting for an update on their orders for almost 2hrs. Each one told 15-20min. I ordered pickup, app said ready at 5:40p. At 5:55p I went up and she printed my ticket and hung it up. I’d say 5-6 people cancelled orders, multiple were told they hadn’t started theirs yet. At 7:00p I went back up and asked what’s my status, at which point she went back, pulled it down, and said they’d start on it now. I understand busy holidays and some inconvenience , but having no system to manage order sequence while taking phone orders and printing Uber orders like a casino jackpot… not acceptable. I, along with multiple people I started waiting with, ended up getting our food in about 1.75hrs from when the ticket was printed… about 2.25hrs from when the order was placed. The part that really set me off was that when a new person would come in they would give them the 15-20 talk and throw them in front of the last 10 people they told that to. Absolutely zero organization.

Terrible! We were waiting 45 minutes for our food when originally they had said it would be a 15-20 minute wait. We went up to ask how much longer and she said it was in process and it would be another 20 minutes. And we pushed a little bit further to find out how long it really will be since she said 15-20 minutes - 45 minutes ago! Then she said no it’s not in process actually and didn’t know how long it was going to be. So many others sitting and waiting for their food too - many also left and cancelled their order. We did as well. Awful customer service.
Their sushi is generously stuffed with premium menu items. Fried rice was okay but always comes out a bit dry. When busy, expect longer wait times. They're quite popular in the area

After ordering a few times from Nori, it had become a go-to for me. Until this past Sunday when I found worms with my spicy tuna roll. I tried reaching out privately immediately to inform them of the quality issue. As of this writing, my message hasn't even been viewed. I will go to the places now that I trust their supplier, and actually use sushi grade product. Sorry, but never here again.

I ordered from doordash, this was the nastiest sushi I've ever had. The crab rangoons were gross and I ordered this fish shaped cake that was absolutely disgusting. Nothing I ordered was edible.....

Surprisingly good! Definitely enjoyed the tempura chicken roll and Nori Deluxe Hibachi. Really good portion sizes and was made fresh to order.
