Never order from here I've been on hold for over 30 minutes and this is not the 1st time. Its is about the 4th maybe 5th time. Its the reason i never ordef from here. If it's after 1030 they will NOT answer the phones although they open till midnight. Been on hold now for over 30 minutes. Friday August 2nd 2024

Ordered delivery from this Hut a handful times now over 5 or 6 years. It's always been great. If you know exactly what you like from Pizza Hut, they'll nail it. Thin crust BBQ chicken with jalapeños and onion will knock your socks off. Delivery is usually fast, but sometimes lags. Oh well. Otherwise, it seems very well run! Great pizza!

I selected curbside pickup when placing my order, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was unable to use the app to notify the staff of my arrival. The only option available was to call the number on the stall sign, which connected me to an automated system that only allowed me to check the status of my order. There was no option to speak to a live person to inform them that I had arrived and request that my order be brought out to me. As a result, I had to go inside the restaurant to retrieve my pizza. If curbside pickup is not a viable service, it should be removed as an option on the app.
