Everytime I go to this location I have a problem, but my husband insists on pizza from Pizza Hut and this one is closest to us. On more than one occasion he has got sick from eating from here and when I report it nobody seems to care.

Genuinely don’t understand how this store is still open, the manger I think his name is Jake?? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, yelling at his employees while we’ve been waiting for my order for 20 minuets past when they said it would get done?? How is he the manager? FIRE HIM!!!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I'm currently 198 minutes into my 90 minute estimated delivery. Tried changing the order to pickup but the people in the store never answered the phone. I went to the physical location and no workers even aknowledged my presence even when I said something. There were at least 7 other people at the store at the time waiting for their orders. Suckey service, incredible delay, and I don't even know if the food is good as I have not received it.

Ordered pizza wings and bread sticks for my family on Christmas Eve and didn’t get anything I ordered. I called and was put on hold for 30 min so I hung up and called again and could barely understand the employee that answered and was put on hold for about a hour and nobody answered the phone.

Dietary restrictions: There's really no way to be 100% certain you'll be completely cheese free, because 99.9% of the orders coming through this have cheese on 1 or more items.
Carry out pizza. Much better quality than I normally get from a carry out pizza. Really nice guy rang up my order. Very friendly and appreciative of my business.

Ordered delivery from this Hut a handful times now over 5 or 6 years. It's always been great. If you know exactly what you like from Pizza Hut, they'll nail it. Thin crust BBQ chicken with jalapeños and onion will knock your socks off. Delivery is usually fast, but sometimes lags. Oh well. Otherwise, it seems very well run! Great pizza!

I selected curbside pickup when placing my order, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was unable to use the app to notify the staff of my arrival. The only option available was to call the number on the stall sign, which connected me to an automated system that only allowed me to check the status of my order. There was no option to speak to a live person to inform them that I had arrived and request that my order be brought out to me. As a result, I had to go inside the restaurant to retrieve my pizza. If curbside pickup is not a viable service, it should be removed as an option on the app.
