The food was exceptional even though the prices have skyrocketed since 2020, but that’s not just Pizza Hut. Since coming in my family and I have noticed that cook times have increased a little bit. I’m not here to complain but I think it has to do with staffing.

Will NEVER attempt to order from here again. I ordered food for a group of hungry kids shortly before 11pm. This location is open until midnight. My bank account was charged, I received a confirmation and estimated delivery time…. Nothing. No food came. No one answered my call, even though they were still open. No one called to state they canceled our order, would refund us, zero communication. And at midnight, I have hungry teens with no food. I hope they’re aware that I’ll be stopping by in the morning. AWFUL SERVICE. If you’re hungry, order from anywhere else.

We always have delivery so I can’t rate the “atmosphere”. The drivers are always pleasant and our food is delivered quickly. The food is quite tasty, always hot and very reasonably priced. Love the fact that they stay open late as we are night owls.

Horrible experience. We ordered online and were given an approximate delivery time of 30-40 minutes. Over an hour later, there was no update on our order. When we tried to call the store, we spoke with someone twice who simply put us on hold for 10 minutes and never returned. After the 3rd call, I asked if I could speak with someone, and the associate responded, “no, I can just put you on hold.” It’s now been 90 minutes. No delivery. No response. We will not be ordering from here again.

The food was, as always, excellent. However, I stood at the counter for five full minutes before any of the five people busying themselves in full view of the counter acknowedged my presence. Then they tried to short me an order of wings, and I had to point out that the receipt clearly shows a second order, at which point they told me the second order would be another 4 minutes. I appreciate that they put the pizza back in the warmer while I waited, but the overall experience was abysmal.
I would give a 5 for service but they forgot one dipping sauce for my wings. Only one guy working at the rush supper time so understandable.

Everytime I go to this location I have a problem, but my husband insists on pizza from Pizza Hut and this one is closest to us. On more than one occasion he has got sick from eating from here and when I report it nobody seems to care.

Genuinely don’t understand how this store is still open, the manger I think his name is Jake?? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, yelling at his employees while we’ve been waiting for my order for 20 minuets past when they said it would get done?? How is he the manager? FIRE HIM!!!!
