I have been going to Starbucks in Neenah for quite a long time and always feel welcomed. I would especially like to thank Becca for being a ray of sunshine whenever I see her! She remembers me each time I come through and makes me feel so special ❤️

We been costumers for long time, & we never had anything negative at all. Associates not just working here but they are providing outstanding costumer services. How they are doing it: they love their jobs and owner definitely making them feel welcome and helping them to be happy.

This is the last time I will buy anything from Starbucks they are a total rip off . I order the matcha latte without ice because if you get ice that's all you get and maybe 3 sips of match. So now what they do is froth it so much you get all foam, I let my grande settle and it came up to the bottom line. When I complained to the manager she told me its the way they are supposed to make them! Orders from the top! There was nothing she could do about it. So im going the Lawless coffee shop where you get an honest matcha drink for an honest price. No longer supporting a rip off scam company like Starbucks who over charge and have not lowered their prices.

I’m honestly really disappointed with this location. I went in today to purchase 3 items and two of them were food items. I would like to say that the guy who took my order was very kind.
Now let’s get to why I’m leaving a review…. After ordering my food inside I was standing there for almost 20 minutes for my drink. I got my food items in the first 5-8 which is fine but the drink took forever. I even asked about my drink and one of the employees told me that he would check where my drink was and when he did he said that he can’t prioritize my drink and that they don’t get to pick what drink they do first. As a barista myself I’m upset. I saw all these people that ordered online get there drink one after another. And they kept getting online orders and continued make them just ignoring my order. So I went and talked to a couple that was a few minutes after me and they were also really upset that there order was taking so long. Overall disappointed and probably won’t be going back there anytime soon.

I usually am not one to complain however, I feel let down. I usually order here every week and it's typically great. But today I ordered a white chocolate mocha and got something peppermint. I hate peppermint so the venti drink I paid for is now going down the drain as I won't drink it. 😒

I placed my order at 2:07pm. It is now 2:24 and I have still not received my Grande Hot White mocha. It looks like the priority is the drive through. There were only two people waiting ahead of me when I walked in. I have never spent this long waiting for a coffee. So I was going to ask for a refund and leave but no one would leave the drive through area. 4 people were working. 1 was stocking. And one looked like she was about to clock out. This is terrible service.

this is the best starbucks in the fox cities! I have no clue why they only get a 4.2 stars! they easily should get 5 stars! I ordered a venti and it actually came full ALL OTHERS IN THE FOX CITIES ONLY FILL IT HALF WAY IF THAT. I constantly feel ripped off but some is better than none when you're tired. Neenah starbucks you rock!!! ty for giving what i ordered and not half of a Venti ! much appreciated 👏 I ordered on 2/20/25 Michelle also called store and talked to a manager to let them know how thankful I am.

I’m not sure why, but every time I go to this Starbucks my stomach hurts after drinking the coffee. This doesn’t happen to me at the other local Starbucks. I really think Neenah would benefit from adding another Starbucks!

The newest Store manager and district manager seems to be running this place to the ground. Baristas always look stress while the manager sit in the corner. Happy customers come from happy employees and happy employees come from good management. How long does it take for Starbucks to try new management?
