I ordered on the app and requested double meat and extra onions for my club sub for my husband's twelve hour shift. In the notes I added that I wanted a lot of onions. He was at work when he finally ate his sub to find there was barely any lettuce and absolutely no onions plus they did not put double the meat on it. I and also ordered these sub for my daughter that had barely any lettuce and hardly any mayo or ranch and she requested extra. It's not hard to follow instructions. We chose this subway hoping, it was better than the other subways we'd been to and obviously we were wrong. This order was picked up 1/7/26 @4:35 pm.

I will never understand how this store is still in business it is by far the worst store I have ever dealt with I have had nothing but continuous issues every time I attempt to give it another chance the employees are horrible and don’t answer the phone or the microphone at the drive through they refuse to serve you and say they are busy when they aren’t busy at all I just waited over 2 hours for an order that never showed up and was eventually cancelled I would rather drive to California for subway then come here agian

Honestly I have never been so impressed by a subway before. I cannot say thank you enough to the entire staff and crew at this specific subway. They always go above and beyond to make sure your order is done correctly, while also providing top notch customer service. Thank you so much subway crew for being great sandwich artists, but more importantly excellent people. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area. (PLEASE DONT FORGET TO TIP YOUR SUBWAY STAFF, truly they do go ABOVE and BEYOND!)

I've been to alot of subways like most people and this is one of the best experiences I've ever had! It was a little bit of a wait during lunch but everyone was nice and apologetic the new gm said he had just started not to long ago at this location but can tell he knows what he's doing! Plus he's very handsome and I didnt mind that at all!

very different point of views from this location, one day it will be a good experience the next, unsure. my husband and I have ordered here before, at one point I asked for a pizza sub, the associate ended up making 2 boss sandwiches. I explained i wanted a pizza sub and she ended up asking how to make one. I get it. but when my husband asks for bacon on his sub, it's not cooked. I used to work at the midway location, I gave this location a one star only to be told to change it to a five star because the manager never had a one star review. well now that I'm no longer working for subway, I can express my opinions once again. yes eventually I will come back to this location, just not sure when.

Came here to buy the dippers and 20 minutes into the drive through no worker had even started making out food or even came to the window after knocking on the window the worker finally came up and told us the machine inside was a pos and that dippers take a very long time to make which it a lie as I have gotten them before from friends that work at subway then when we wanted to pay he told us we had to come in to pay for our food and he couldn’t do it at the window once we came in they had just started making our food and had a really nasty attitude when we finally got our food the cheese wasn’t melted and the chicken was still cold and we weren’t givin any ranch and when we asked for ranch they gave us one ranch for 3 dippers i don’t know why these workers problem was but they should be ashamed of themselves trying to not to serve people because they don’t feel like it don’t have a job if your going to ruin a company’s image for your own laziness
