Upon paying for my order I presented coupon, in which the employee told me it had already been used. I said how could it already been used if I just gave it to you and your system requires you to take it and scan the QR code. Another employee looked at the coupon thinking it was expired literally asked if we were past 8-5-25, the date of the incident was July 26. You can make your own determination about what that says about who is working there. The other employee said there is nothing I can do. I contacted the owner of this location (Team Schierl Companies) which owns several locations in NE and Central Wisconsin and got a brush off answer from their Subway Operations Advisor that was absent any explanation or remedy. However, she did make the point to refer to the employees as sandwich artists.

I was the only customer but still had a wait. Then after my sub was toasted it still took them 3 minutes before they started the 2nd half even though I was still the only customer. The counter was dirty like it had not been wiped down for a while.

I really like most Subways that I visit. However, this particular location is not good at all with online ordering. Today was the second time I've attempted to make an online order here, only to have the wrong ingredients and messed up special instructions for my sub. At least this time the sub was able to be eaten, as thr 1st incident occurred and the sub was thrown away due to the bread being hard as concrete.

I did a takeout and their selections are bad. Every other subway has the foot-long pretzel. This one does not and I only had a $50 bill and they refused to take it. She said I wasn’t allowed to have my sandwich unless I pay with the smaller bill, zero out of Five stars I wish I can get that rating

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. We live nearby and it’s usually an option for a quick lunch, however in the past 6-12 months, it has really gone downhill. I often order the flatbread, which I have been told by other locations is SUPPOSED to be toasted and there is no option for toasting when ordering online. I have put in the instructions, over and over again, to please toast my flatbread… Every single time without fail, it is not toasted. My boyfriend went in store to pick up the order when they were still making it one time, and specifically asked the person to please toast it.. STILL NOT TOASTED and gave an attitude to him for asking. It is truly sickening to be paying SO much and tipping on top of that for rude service and not getting what you’d like. Even when eating in store, the employees do not make you feel welcomed and it is an uncomfortable restaurant to be in.
Please save yourself the trouble and just drive the extra 5 minutes to the location in Neenah… Much nicer employees and overall better experience.

Worst experience I've ever had in a Subway two bites into my sandwich. I already want to throw it out. Ordered a BLT with extra bacon. The lady proceeds to pile the bacon into the bread. Cover it with cheese and put it in the toaster. I said ma'am I didn't ask for it toasted. She basically barked back at me and said well. That's how they're made. I told her I've never seen a BLT made that way ever. She got very sarcastic with me and said well. That's how they're made then. She asked me what I wanted for toppings as I was scanning over the not so fresh tomatoes and lettuce. I was deciding if I wanted them or not. She then said lettuce and tomato is what comes on it. I said I'll take green pepper. She had ham slicing. She had a cookie sheet sitting on the counter by the register with cookies on it. She was very rude. I will never ever go back to this location. I should have walked out when she started being rude to me and not even spent the $15 on this piece of crab sandwich

Closed at 4 on a Saturday? And it was about 3:40 when they locked the door in front of me. Better things to do I guess. There sure is a lot of 1’s on for ratings. I see why
great people, good food, its a shame they can’t hire enough people to keep them from closing early all the time.
Izzy assisted me today with my order. She was OUTSTANDING! When I walked in she greeted me with a smile and asked what I would like. I have NEVER had such wonderful service at this Subway.

Bought 3 sandwiches, 4 thin slices of roast beef on each sub. What a ripoff! Had they not had a metal cover blocking my view I said something.

Where do I start….1st) I had no cucumbers on my salad. When I asked for them…2nd) they forgot my applesauce and milk for my kids meal…3rd) I asked for SIX CHOCOLATE CHIP cookies. I get ONE & 5 other kinds I will never eat.Worst subway ever!
