This Taco Bell is struggling. It’s clear that they do not have the staff to keep the place operating at peak efficiency, and I suspect it will go the same way as the old KFC across the freeway (they closed). My partner and I ordered about thirty dollars worth of food through their mobile app, which gets handled by DoorDash. The driver showed up to the location only to find it closed. The doors were locked, and there were other drivers also looking to pick up orders. Our order was finally cancelled by the store, but it took multiple calls to corporate, as DoorDash said there wasn’t anything they could do. We’ve given up on this location, and Taco Bell in general - at least in the Fox Valley.

This is the worst Taco Bell in the area by far. Slow service, skimp portions, and disappointment are guaranteed with every meal. The only good thing I can say about this location is that the dude who works the drive thru at night is entertaining. After tonight, I don't think I'll ever return.

I totally understand being understaffed. But the fact that I waited in the drive-through line for 38 minutes and then they told me that I would have to come inside and order. My food is quite ridiculous. If you’re understaffed, it would be better to put something on the drive-through speaker so people know or say something beforehand.

Seriously the worst fast food location in the Valley. Four dashers waited for food and it took an hour and a half to get food. You guys aren't even busy but yet you manage to be extremely slow. Love cold Taco Bell!

Literally everytime we come here there is a line and you end up waiting for 30 mins or more. Left each time to go eat somewhere else. Avoid this location if you are looking for fast or even semi fast service. If you ever do get your food, check to make sure your food and order is correct.

Guarantee the foods contaminated with dirty diapers and unattended children.

3 SCREAMING children and loud VULGAR iPad music behind the counter and in the food areas with the employees with one of the children running around the lobby, bumping into me several times. Had to wait for the employee to take care of the 3 screaming children to even place an order.

Corporate needs to step in before these employees kill a customer with food/bacterial poisoning or kill a child with commercial equipment.

Personal clothing, diapers, and other items that are visably dirty are on the food prep line.

Over 30 min wait for 4 items, never even got the food…. Other customers in front of us waiting over 45 min while employees are taking care of their children in diapers behind the counter, in the food areas.

While arguing with the employees for a refund, since the order never even got started with a 35 minute wait time, the employee decided screaming past me at her kids across the lobby was a good idea.

No apology, zero attempt to fix the situation. The kids deserve better and a safe environment like childcare or a babysitter. Not endanger them and others.

They workers have there kids in the back throwing things around playing on there tablets, very unprofessional environment. Maybe two workers in the back making food the other one is taking care of his kids while working.

Highly recommend going anywhere else. Placed a mobile order, sat in the drive thru attempting to get said order for 20 minutes without the line moving an inch. Decided to go in and grab the order assuming at this point my food is cold. Only to be told they don't know when it will be made. Store was not very busy just moving extremely slow. Employees standing around staring at nothing while 2 people prepare food

I ordered my food online with the idea that I could scoot through the drive-thru to pick it up and go back to work. WRONG!!! I sat in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes until I got to the speakerphone. Then I sat and watched the cars in front of me get their food and drive off without a single word from the speaker. I finally called the store and asked why nobody is taking care of the drive-thru line of myself and 6 cars behind me and they said they have 3 pages of orders that they have to catch up on so they are pausing all other orders. I said they can cancel mine because I can't wait any longer because I have to get back to work. They say they cancelled the order, but I'll believe that when I see the refund on my card. I would have been less annoyed if they had said something through the speaker than radio silence. Ridiculous!!!

I know it was the food . I got the 5.00 meal. As I was in line they were turning people away because they were back up. Never came to tell me that as I waited 9 minutes. I got home and ate the taco but the burrito did not taste right so I threw it out. 45 minutes after I ate I started getting sick. I felt great today. I will never be going to taco bell again
