We tired to order some food in the morning and the morning crew dude the seemed feminine was really rude saying won't even take our order at the counter so we left disappointed and not a good taco bell experience

Worst Taco Bell ever!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡 I ordered on the kiosk and went to go pay at the counter, and the workers sat on their phone and didn’t even bother to look up, once 2 of them seen I was there they decided to not help. But continue to dibble dabble in their shanagans. One of the workers was standing in the bathroom sitting on their phone listening to music and didn’t come out for another 10 minutes. Another customer came in and had to yell for them to acknowledge her over 5 times when they were standing right in front of us. And they finally decided to help and still forgot my cup. Don’t ever come here they also don’t clean the tables. And as I write this another customer has been waiting to pay at the counter for over 20 minutes.

I paid for an in store pick-up order. Upon arriving I was told they did not have my order, and could not refund me. I did not get my money back or my food. I'd rate zero if possible don't ever order online here I guess

When I was a teen this was the spot in town for a lot of us. Good cheap food and great people. Now there is maybe one good employee left it feels like she's wonderful. But this one guy that works with the monotone voice is the biggest reason why me and many others avoid this place like the plague he's rude and genuinely a bad person yelling at people in the drive through and slamming the window in your face. I can't remember his name but he has been there for quite some time. Its a shame

They get very busy with little Staffing, for any pick up inside will usually take an extra 20 minutes of waiting so be prepared for that.
Huge fan of Taco Bell since childhood. I've been a fan of the restaurant ever since around the time they had a promotion in the 2000's for Tomb Raider. Yes that happened and it was awesome. I've worked here and the food is decent. A lot of the people seem picky and eating a taco with work was a huge plus. Besides that I loved receiving free food. In all honesty I've had a lot of fun working there. They even pay for college. To the quality of the food everything I've had was awesome and the management was willing to work with people with disabilities. I've had the most fun working here in my 12 or some years working in the customer service industry.

The “fryers were down,” which isn’t necessarily enough to warrant a review. But the fog horn leg horn guy manning the drive through was unbelievably annoying. Sounded like a recording from six flags. Could barely understand what he was saying. Seemed like he was trying his hardest to imitate a theme park announcer from the 40’s. Had to ask him to speak like a normal person. Their food is normally good, but this employee was ridiculously annoying.
