i normally have a horrible time trying to find fast food places i like, but not only were the employees (especially one) but the food incredible. The employee Aiden Nawrot was someone that stood out to me. Working at such a young age really takes some gut; and this kid has it! The way he approached his job with kindness and compassion really made my Tom’s experience memorable. I will never forget your love for making ice cream for as long as i live. You really showed the rest of the employees what it takes to have grit. Thanks for all you do Aiden! ❤️

Went there with my kids, everyone had a great meal and ice cream after. Could use more advertising to bring in more customers.

Slowly but surely just going downhill. I’ve been going to Tom’s since I was a kid near Telulah Park. I get it, inflation is up so prices have to increase, but $10 for a #4? The burger patties are about as thin as a piece of cardboard. It’s more worth the money to run across the street to Kwik Trip for their burgers, or JD’s if I’m in the area. Service is fast but the food is definitely not worth the cost.

First time at one of these restaurants. Had the double cheeseburger meal with cheese curds and chicken sandwich with large ice cream shake. The food was great so was the staff I recommend anyone try out Tom’s. Family friendly with a huge verity of food options for all.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of options for all to choose from from even vegans.
Dietary restrictions: I would Check the menu to make sure the teams meet your needs
Parking: Plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and plenty of food that they would like.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has seating for handicapped plenty of parking too!
Floor and tables have been sticky on more than one occassion. This place needs a deep cleaning.

Ordered an Artic Blast in the drive through, maybe 4 cars in front of me. By the time I got it and started to eat it on the way out the driveway, it would more correctly be called a swamp blast. Could have drank it, they should try not making ice cream so far in advance of when you get to the window. Not the first time this has happened to me either, I guess I should have learned my lesson last time, won't repeat this mistake again!
