Wissota Chophouse never disappoints. Good food and wine selection accompanies excellent service.

Everyone was super friendly and congratulated us on our anniversary. We really appreciated the free dessert. My only complaint was the presentation of my husband’s filet. He didn’t order any sides(they were extra) because he ordered a salad, which came before the entree. We were kind of shocked when he was given his steak on a plain white plate. No sauce under the filet, not even a sprig of parsley. For $64, we expected more than just a lump of meat. I had the scallop special which came with asparagus. Couldn’t you at least have tossed some greens on the plate?

The food, drinks, server and the manager was beyond amazing!! The tiramisu and carrot cake is a must!!

Been here a few times and this time was let down. First, food was very good. Service was poor. It was mainly inattentive and disorganized. I reserved a regular table but they were all moved to a special event room. Older arthritic seniors do not do too well at bistro seats. Server was not organ. Never really checked back at all. Drinks looked good but were devoid of flavor as if a teaspoon was used to add alcohol and not a shot glass. This was a pricey meal of 430 dollars for four people. Don't mind spending if the experience is good—this time it was not.

I was there for dinner, really good service and food. Cheese curds were delicious as expected in a restaurant in WI.

The Chophouse was a great place to celebrate our wedding anniversary with very attentive staff. We had delicious Seabass and Prawns with asparagus. Being treated to the raspberry tiramisu was better than any icing on a cake!! We enjoyed sharing our history with Wissota High Shores with our server,Cat!

Friendly and fun waitress with great recommendations. This was our first visit and Liv made it a memorable one. We definitely will come back or go to visit her in Stevens Point. Keep up the amazing work Liv!

Our food and drinks were outstanding! Wissota Burger and New York Strip. Our server Ben was fantastic and answered all questions and had everything to us in a timely manner. We booked our reservation for 5pm and it was quiet when we arrived.

I had to ensure I made a post because my husband and I were blown away by the impeccable services received yesterday for my 30th birthday. I apologize because I forget our servers name but only due to the great champagne!!!!! He was amazing and never missed a beat. We didn't have to ask for anything because he was on top of every detail. So wonderful a birthday I had. Thank you wissota you guys really made my night!!!!!!!!!! Ps. The wagyu was absolutely breathtaking

I never really write reviews but this was hands down the best steak I’ve ever had. It was literally melt-in-your-mouth and cooked (medium rare) to perfection. Decent serving of garlic whipped potatoes as well. A little disappointed the entrée didn’t come with a soup or salad to start but that’s minor - because the steak made up for it. Way to go Wissota!
