The wait time is absolutely horrendous here. We called at 7pm, for an order pick up. They stated it wouldn't be ready until 7:45. No problem. Show up at 7:45pm, significant other went inside, paid and was never told there would be a wait. I waited in the vehicle with our pup, as we were told 7:45pm would be when we could pick it up. I have never been so livid over food before. After waiting over 30 minutes they finally told him after he asked how long it would be, that it would be another 10 minutes. We waited a total of 45 minutes after our pick up time. If it was up to me we would have never have waited this long. I will never be returning as this is completely unacceptable and not the first time we have had to wait, just never this long before. If you are that far behind on orders, you need to tell customers.

Been here a few times now. 1st time we stopped with the UTV and it was amazing. This place is 2 hours from our house so any time we are within 45 minutes of it we stop and get food either to dine in or carry out. We always get the pizza with the crust on the top.

One of my very favorite restaurants! We usually get the pizza, but I recently tried the lasagna and it was delicious!! Also love the cheese garlic bread. And the owners are great people!! Highly recommend.

5 of us got together for the first time in months, I had decided on a calzone already and the anticipation all day was immense. Unfortunately the wait for food was also immense. Over an hour later the owner came and told us what happened and we would get our calzones in about 15 minutes. One of our party, a diabetic, got sandwich and salad, after someone had to ask after that. I crossed over into hangry, and left with 2 others. The 2 that stayed got their calzones 2 hrs after ordering. And then there was an argument in the kitchen between the cooks. Most disappointing restaurant/dining experience of my life.

5 of us ladies planned this night out well over a month ago. We got there at 4:30 pm ordered 15 minutes later. At 6:20 pm I asked the owner what was going on as we had been waiting almost 2 hours for food. He stated "no that can't be" I said yes!. He went inside talked with our server came back only to tell us our server made a mistake with the ticket and assured our table of 5 it would be 15 more minutes. Another 30 minutes went by during that time profanities were being yelled from kitchen between cooks and owner. I was finally served a salad while the other 4 sat with no food. A table should be served together.After 2.5 hours they brought me a sandwich and chips drenched in spilled au jus. 3 of us got up to leave I suggested a question to owner that he might comp our order. Needless to say, first time ever being there and last time. 3 of us went elsewhere and had food within 3 minutes. This place needs a Jon Taffer to come in and get things in order. Table next to us same issues. Never came back to apologize for the delay(server).
