I ordered the loml a meal and she didn’t get a freakin straw for caramel frappe. Nobody lives out here in Wisconsin how are we forgetting a straw for one of the 10 orders yall get a day. I am booking a flight next week to have a sit down with the manager. You tell me, how does she drink her drink without a straw???????????. Horrible restaurant but I’ll order again because it’s the only one within a 900 mile radius. Do better.

Absolute worst McDonald’s ever. Horrible food, always cold and stale. Takes MINIMUM 10 minutes to get your food. Staff looks dirty and they almost never get an order right. The only reason this store stays open is because it’s the only fast food place in Nekoosa. It’s worth driving to rapids to eat because wow. Absolutely horrible.

I have been to many locations across the United States states and this location is hands down the BEST.McDonald’s! The food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious and the management is impeccable with wonderful courteous staff ! I have visited this location every time I come to Nakoosa and I actually look forward to eating at this location .
