The girl working today, I forgot her name I’m sorry. But she is always polite, quick, and friendly. She is always very nice and friendly every time we are there. She goes above and beyond for her customers. This girl needs a raise in books cause she is amazing and works quick and hard then most people today. She’s a keeper.

The food here is what you'd expect from a Subway. Pretty fresh food, especially during the day. Nice place to sit and eat, with easy to access drink machine. Sometimes, it seems as if one of the female workers is having a bad day, but alas, it's overall a good place.
The girl that was there was very rushed taking our order and making our sandwiches. She talked so fast my daughter didn't even know she was talking to her. As my boyfriend was paying I mentioned to him that she was closing in 20 mins. He wanted to eat there so we did. She started to take the soda machine apart to clean it again rushing so fast. Normally we fill up our drinks for the ride home since we have a long way to go but couldn't this time. It was very tense sitting there eating as she rushed around. Also there was a guy in the back room which I believe was her boyfriend. No subway uniform. He came out after we left. Needless to say we will not be eating there again due to the unfriendly service.

Normally nekoosa subway is a very pleasant place to eat. Not so much this time. The lady that was making my sandwich was rude and childish one of the worst experiences I ever had at I subway.

Horrible experience!!!! Girl was very rude first to my husband than I went in and asked for her name and corporate number. She didn’t give me either. She did nothing but scream at me . Asked her to please bring it down ( her yelling) she than gave me the phone number to store and stated call nothing gonna happen anyways. Worst experience ever!!!! Stay away from this store!

Went to this location on June 29, 2023 was very disappointed in the person who was running the facility. She was very rude had no people skills at all..She acted like she didn’t want to service didn’t want to answer questions.This was at 7 PM when we went into the establishment.We will not be going to this location ever again due to the poor experience we had with your staff.We will be going to an other locations in Rapids moving forward.

Went in to get a sub tonight the girl at the counter is very rude she would not say hi or anything! She was slamming things and when we where walking out she acted like she was shocked. I told her she needed to learn some customer service. Worst subway ever!

Whoever owns this location needs to increase the pay so they can get better employees. There's one younger woman who seems like she's always overworked and doing everything on her own.My most recent trip here was very disappointing. A new employee was working but was totally "checked out" and has no customer service skills. I can forgive inexperience but he didn't bother to greet us or ask any of the basic questions.On top of that, something went very wrong with my sub, making it extremely soggy by the time I'd driven the two blocks home. Rotisserie Chicken, and bacon (heated), Sliced Cheese, Lettuce, Spinach and Mayo. Not sure what would have been so wet but the sandwich was only half edible.I'll be driving to one of the locations in Rapids from now on.
