Food was fine but the unsweetened tea smelled like it had been sitting for days. I almost drank it but the smell was overwhelmingly horrible. Doesn't seem like they change it out or clean it at all.

We just saw the employees teasing and putting stuff in another employee’s face and laughing. I’m not sure what kind of highschool cafeteria this is but obviously nobody has any control of that place. Do better Arby’s (and parents).

Only one car ahead of me in the drive through. I ordered 1 sandwiche and a fry. I was told to pull ahead... I waited at least 10 minutes and so did the guy ahead of me. In my opinion that's too long and totally unacceptable.

I was there last week and had the best experience from a staff member name Renee, she was kind, helpful, always smiling and clearly has respect for her work place. Way to go Arby’s for hiring such great employees. Sure hope you are paying her enough to stick around.

December 4,2024Worker at register said she couldn’t enter coupon we gave her!Register wouldn’t LET her!!! Need to hire people who know what they’re doing!Then we got wrong order, curly fry instead of crinkle! And the buns were hard and stale!! Roast beef was cold and very skimpy portion!Overall terrible experience, not to mention girl preparing food kept touching her greasy hair! No gloves on! Will not go back

I got the Mac & cheese bites and two of them were SO burnt and hard as a rock. I even waited 10 minutes for them 🙄 was on my lunch break at work so I didn't have time to run back and have them remade and didn't get a receipt either.

Picked up food from the drive through 11/3/24 at approximately 2:15pm. Ordered five roast beefs and fries. Asked for 15 horsey sauces for our sandwiches. Got home and was only given one. One sauce for 5 sandwiches? It would have made more sense if they forgot them. Drove 15 minutes back to the restaurant. Pulled up directly to the drive through window and beeped the horn. Employees were sitting on counters, which is unsanitary to say the least, talking and looking at each others phones. One employee came to the window while the others didn't even acknowledge a customer was present and continued sitting on the counters, deep in conversation. Explained the situation and given some sauce. No apology given! Meanwhile our food remained sitting at home and cold when we were able to eat. These particular employees had no pride in what they are doing or customer service skills. Bad experience to say the least. Will not be back to this location.

Underappreciated fast food chain. Surprisingly good food and no more expensive than McDonald's. The staff at this location is extra helpful and friendly, a lot of locations are badly understaffed.

What kills it here is the wait!! Went inside and waited a crazy amount of time for our food. Needed to order for my son and decided it would be “faster” in the drive thru.. nope! Had to pull into a spot with several others also waiting… when inside everyone was on their phone and talking about TikTok. They are all back there yelling a laughing. Don’t care but WORK!! They originally brought out the wrong order and had to wait even LONGER!! Honestly will not be coming back due to SLOW service.

Food is always awful here. I haven't gotten one order of food home and found it to be correct or well made. I've contacted corporate several times, still no improvements. We won't be eating here again. The Arbys app was broken, would not allow checkout. Store would not allow any deals or otherwise. Still waited 15 minutes in line to on e again be very disappointed. Maybe it's a New Berlin thing, where they don't care about the quality of their food... or maybe it is just this one. I don't know. Gross! $35 dollars for a few items ill-prepared and incorrect. No thank you.
