I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings a lot and enjoy getting a burger once in a while. Tonight I stood for ten minutes waiting to just be seated even after I made eye contact with the waitress. She was the only person working there but she was only working on four other tables. I arrived two hours before they closed at nine. I sat myself and after that she ignored me for another good twenty five minutes until other diners started pointing out to her she was ignoring me. When she begrudgingly came towards me I said I was being ignored for forty minutes before I was even given a menu. She told I was free to leave. I said why would I leave I come to this place all the time. I think the waitress with the purple hair maybe should find new work. I wish they didn’t have such good burgers because there is eternally a struggle with this bww teaching their staff the concept of seating their customers.

We had a party of 15 people. We were seated immediately. Wings and burgers were ordered. We ordered naked Wings with sauces on the side.
Wings were very small but cooked well. The burgers were fair. Cooked to order but extremely grease.
Very loud atmosphere. Several televisions broadcasting various sports events made speaking difficult . All credit to the waitress who did an excellent job.

Was seated and no one came to our table to take a drink order or introduce themselves as our server. We left after 25 mins. Thank God there is a nice little Mexican restaurant next door. Was seated drink order taken and chips and salsa in 5 mins.

Just had a lunch experience that truly takes the cake—or in this case, burns the burger. Ordered what I hoped would be a decent meal, only to receive a disaster in a bag. My “burger” was charred to oblivion, with raw bacon slapped on top. Not even remotely edible. The everything pretzels I ordered? Sure, they were there, but drowning in a busted container of honey mustard—despite me specifically requesting no mustard (I *cannot* eat mustard). To top it all off, I ordered a bottle of Pepsi but got handed a tiny fountain drink instead.
This isn’t the first time this location has served up disappointment, both in food quality and order accuracy. But spending $40 to end up with a small soda and a side of regret? That’s a new low. If you value your lunch break and your wallet, steer clear of this establishment—unless, of course, you enjoy throwing money away.
Edit: I have filled out the form at the bottom of Buffalo Wild Wings page. It seems to not be too affective as that is the “owners” response for the last few months of reviews, that staff will be talked to. Clearly the memo is not being received by your staff.

I dont normally do reviews but this visit was a final straw for me and this business/location. I used to enjoy coming here years ago, the food was always good, cheap enough, place was busy, and was overall a good place to meet up and have food with friends. Over the past few years its gone downhill for sure, but the last few times I've been here, my wings have always been overcooked, rock hard, hardly any sauce, and now this current visit I was terrified I was going to chip my teeth because of how hard the boneless wings were. I ended up throwing away a couple peoples meals because it felt like rock/wood chipping away in my mouth instead of meat. Its a shame because the sauces have great flavor but it blows my mind that after years of giving this place chances, no one there can make wings that are even remotely soft or tender.
Do yourself a favor and at the very least avoid this location if you are looking to get boneless wings. It isn't worth the disappointment and/or dental bill.

New Year’s Eve, it’s 9pm and we were one of 3 tables in the place there’s no reason our 25 boneless wings took about 25 minutes to come out, our server had zero personality and was wearing sunglasses in the restaurant while serving… it was already dark in there and outside? Didn’t ask for the bill but were handed it so we couldn’t even get another drink I guess. I thought the new Berlin location was the last good one standing, I was clearly wrong. Over priced for the lowest quality of everything.
Awful experience. I placed an online carry out order, and showed up at the designated time. However, I was told I would have to wait 10 more minutes for my food. This was no problem, but once ten minutes came around, my order was still not ready. A manager came to speak to me and rather than being apologetic, was defensive and did not offer me a refund, despite me having waited for at that point fifty minutes. I would never recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings and will not be coming back to this location.

Put in an online order at 12 on a Friday night since the website says open tell 1am come to find out I can’t get my food until the next morning and no one is answering the phone so I could cancel my order.

Stopped coming to this location for a while cause the service was lacking was going to hwy 100 location even though I live in east troy. But now I'll be coming back and requesting Avery as our waitress everytime. She was on point every step of the way this meal. Probably one of the best waitresses I've had, she could honestly teach people how to do the job and kill it. Food was good as always. I will be back!

Went to receive their offer of 8 boneless wings and fries for Veterans Day appreciation gift. wife had same, but paid for her meal. Both entrees were not warm and virtually hard as rocks. Did not eat but two of them.Never to go again.
