Stopped coming to this location for a while cause the service was lacking was going to hwy 100 location even though I live in east troy. But now I'll be coming back and requesting Avery as our waitress everytime. She was on point every step of the way this meal. Probably one of the best waitresses I've had, she could honestly teach people how to do the job and kill it. Food was good as always. I will be back!

Went to receive their offer of 8 boneless wings and fries for Veterans Day appreciation gift. wife had same, but paid for her meal. Both entrees were not warm and virtually hard as rocks. Did not eat but two of them.Never to go again.

No one came to seat us. Sat at a high top for 10 minutes b4 they even wiped it off. Another 15 minutes b4 they took our order. Wings were barely warm. Asked for blue cheese and was given ranch. Asked for blue cheese a 2nd time and didn't get anything. They place was near empty. If they were busy I would understand.

I was having a really hard time ordering through the app and was specifically trying to do that to get a deal. I walked into this location. They understood my frustrations and sympathize with me and help me get an order in quickly and help me get it to the same price that I would have in the app I had to bring in a huge bag of groceries because it was super hot out, which was very inconvenientbecause I was hoping to just pick up and go I’m very appreciative of their quick service
Went on a Saturday night to watch a ufc ppv. The sound was to low to hear where we were seated. We asked if it could be turned up. They said they did but we still couldn't hear. The wings are small. The seating is very uncomfortable, especially for a long period of time like watching a sporting event. I appreciate that they had the fight. But overall it was not a good experience.

Bad, very bad service, they take a while to serve you and when they do they take the order and forget about you when you get more soda they tell you now and you can I died of drowning waiting for the soda very bad I will not return

Went here for lunch with my daughter at around 2 pm.
We walked in with another lady with her child.
No one was in the reception area where there was a sign stating, "Please wait to be seated." No one was there. Not a problem, but we figured someone would come shortly. No such luck.
Another lady was there before us. So there are now five people looking around trying to see if there are any employees anywhere. Nope. The other lady stepped in the dining area and waved at the bartender. No sign of life with the bartender.
The first young lady there got tired of waiting and left.
I went to ring the bell on the counter. We waited. No one came. I went outside to look at the door to see if perhaps they were closed. Nope, "open" according to the worn out hours on the door.
When I re-entered a waitress did arrive and took the lady with her child to be seated. The mother softly and politely asked if there would be a long wait for the food while being walked to a table. The waitress snapped at her letting her know she was the only one working.
At that point I'd had enough.
Keep in mind the dining room was EMPTY. Not like this young waitress was being over worked or stressed at too many customers.
I didn't want to bother the single on-site employee while she was on the clock so we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere.
Perhaps put a doorbell or other way to notify staff when you have "guests" and stop treating them like intruders.

Stopped in for lunch, I had a bloody Mary and a brew along with a buffalo chicken wrap. The wife had a smash burger and a couple of brews. $70 + included the tip. Lunch is not inexpensive there.
