Opened Our meal to hardly any topping on Our Nachos and absolutely no chicken on them. I called 6 times before anyone answered just to tell me sorry there was nothing that they could do besides give My receipt to The Manager tomorrow and they will call me back, And that it was Extremely Hectic there. I get that it gets busy, I work in the Food industry but to not correct it is Extremely Wrong and Unacceptable..

I waited 8+ minutes for a table for 1 with a 1/3rd of the dining room full. I waited 30 minutes for a drink and about 15 minutes in my menu was taken, but not my order. By the time I got my drinks, I was trying to remember the menu. Ticket time: 18 minutes - fries were luke warm, beer cheese was cold, and the wings were warm, not hot. hot due to spices. The floors were dirty. I'm not going to come back until they get their crap together. Take out? fine. excellent. Dining in? worst experience I've had in a while bar none. PS: I came in at 6:28 - Its 7:53p I was done eating nearly 30 minutes ago and I am still waiting on a box and check. I was given 10% effort.

Came here for the after hours special (9 p.m. to. closing).. was probably the best service we received from any BWW! Our server, Justin, was very attentive and informative. Food was brought out quickly, especially for a Friday. Will be coming back!

Dropped by to pick up late night snacks of wings and salad. We had to wait 30 minutes for the wings even with sparsely occupied restaurant. Ok, fine. Salad was ok, but the chicken wings were small and tough and bland. BWW should shape up. The wings will be your downfall because it has gotten small, tough and bland in every BWW in the US. We just keep coming back, anywhere in the country because we used to enjoy it and had lots of memories at Bww. Now, despite our hopes for one branch that could be exemplary, there's really none. It was also noisy and dingy.

SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. My drink was forgotten, and we sat with our food for nearly 10 minutes without napkins or silverware. The portions were tiny for the price — $20 for a few wings or cauliflower bites is a joke.
The menus were dirty, sticky, and covered in old food. I watched the waitress literally throw menus onto a table, some of which hit the floor. Between the filthy carpet and the greasy, slippery tile floor, the whole place felt unsanitary.
To make it worse, 3 out of 4 of our meals arrived cold. It wasn’t busy at all, and after this experience, I completely understand why.

I came out for veterans day and was seated. It took 20 minutes for the server to first come talk to me. My food took a while but not egregious long to arrive. But i was given ranch instead of blue cheese, so i had to wait another ten minutes to get my blue cheese. I ran out of soda and waited ten minutes for a refill, but my waitress never came by. So I decided to get up and take my glass to the bar for a refill. But there was no one behind the bar either. I never got my refill.
This is on top of the last time I visited this location with my friends it took an hour and a half to get our food.

Sunday at 5pm, took almost 10 minutes for drinks from the bar, even the refills. Never been that bad in prior visits.
Additionally, this is the 3rd visit in a row where there is waiter vacuuming while trying to eat , talk or watch games. Makes it difficult..... it' now 6:15pm. Why vacuuming?
