Went there around 2pm and the place was almost empty. The host told us that it will be 10 minutes before we were to be seated. Turned out to took over 20 min. Ended up just leaving and going to the one in Brookfield.

the place was busy and short handed but our waitress still did a good job,she was friendly and got our food to usin a timely manner, which was pretty darn good considering she had like 8 other tables to wait on. the food was great and the bathroom clean. I will definitely come to this Bdubs again

Very dirty and stinky. The entryway smells like nasty old dirty mop water. Our table was dirty when we sat down we asked to have it cleaned, they used a rag that is used on every table in the restaurant that isn't even rinsed, just spray the table and quickly wipe off. Gross. You can make it right by correctly training your people and make sure they're doing what they're supposed to

I was here with a group of people and had the hand-breaded chicken tenders and fries with honey mustard and Ranch dipping sauce. It was delicious and the waitress and staff were friendly and helpful.

Went here for lunch and this waitress ( forgot the name ) was the best waitress in the restaurant with very good service, and crispy food even when I needed more sweet BBQ sauce she got it in about 15 secs and when we got there she only found 1 kids menu which was fine with me

We had to wait 27 minutes, before we had a waitress/server come to our table!Almost another 15 minutes for 1 tap beer & 1 margarita.A gentleman brought out only 1 meal. Than we had to ask for my meal. We had to ask both times for silverware & napkins.Very disappointed.Randy McArthur

For the inconvenience I received 3 free 6 pcs wing coupon.HIGHLY don't recommend I'll rather deal with water st.

The last three times we tried to go there they either wouldn't let you sit in the restaurant area, or they wouldn't seat you for 20 or more minutes. This place is trash. Bw3 should get bought out by a company who gives a damn. They used to be the go to spot for me and my family and now it is an absolute last resort.

Placed an order on the app and had to wait for them to even open the doors at 11:05.. Plus an additional 15 minutes to get my food along with other 4 angry customers..Cashier and other workers lacked in the customer service and cleanliness department as the restaurant looked messy.. Never again
