Just another fast food stop. I can see why they are having issues with the business. Employees walking around shirts untucked no hat no hair net. Just not a very appealing appearance. Food is just average. Price wise its all getting pricey
It's hit or miss with them. Sometimes you get your order taken right away and receive your food fast and other days it's the total opposite. Drive thru is their main priority so if the drive thru is busy you'll be waiting a while on the inside.

Wait time was over 30 minutes in drive through. Fries were way too salty. It was a waste of time and money.

My boyfriend went around 10am today and the young lady working the window who took my boyfriend's order got an attitude when he politely told her she forgot something from his meal. If you are not a people person do not work in customer service. Supervisors needs to be reprimanding their employees. Just like we may not understand what people coming to work are going through. They don't know what customers are going through either. It's all about respect on both sides. The employee had a horrible attitude from the beginning. She was wearing glasses so beware if you get her and she's working the window unfortunately no name tag so unable to report her.
This restaurant chain continues to disappoint. I have never been to this location without having my order screwed up. They are unable to get it right. Only Burger King does this, no other fast food establishments. 8 just don't understand it
Drove here to New Berlin, even though I live a minute away from the West Allis one (but they ALWAYS make the food wrong). The man in the drive thru, Marcus, was so polite and attentive. Even though I had screaming kids in the car, he gave them all crowns and had the utmost patience. Thanks for making our day better, Marcus. Your kindness is appreciated.

Probably the nicest Burger King I have ever been too.
AWFUL service, I have no food and no refund. Order was suppose to be ready at 5:14. They are notorious for being bad and was running late so gave them extra time and showed up THIRTY MINUTES after the ready time. They didn’t even start my order. Don’t use the app, they ignore it. Actually, just don’t go. For real, it’s that bad. A message to the franchise owner and GM, You have 2 people staffed the day before New Year’s Eve while people are traveling. If you don’t have the staff you either close the restaurant or you BOTH get in there and get to work. If you care about your business suit up and put the fries in the bag
3 consecutive times they've failed to make a whopper. Support keeps giving me coupons for the mistakes but at this point it's not worth the 20 minutes it takes to get the wrong food, even for free.

I have to say rolling into a ff joint right when they open can be a crapshoot. Every time I have come here the service was outstanding, the food came out perfect and I left with happy thoughts delicious sammiches and coffee. 🕺

Watched the manager Jason not use gloves when preparing food. He handled a burger patty with his bare fingers. The amount of cross contamination is disgusting 🤢 Will be giving the health department a call on him.
