Usually this is one of my favorite BKs, and I'm sure I have rated it previously. However this time a small group had ordered just before I arrived and the drive through was busy and they stopped taking orders at the counter. After several minutes of waiting I left and ate elsewhere.

I stopped in here for lunch a couple of weeks ago. There were only 2 employees in the building doing everything. The two young ladies were understandably overwhelmed, but they did a great job getting people taken care of and getting orders out. I felt terrible for them, but all of the customers that I saw were patient and the employees were as attentive as they could be given the situation. I hope they can get more help, but the two ladies that were there did a great job.

Walked in at 9:58am on a Friday. I wasn’t greeted by any of the staff. Stood at the counter while everyone ignored me. Walked out hungry. Top notch hospitality here (sarcasm)!

Usually a decent experience during the day but tonight a guy in the right hand drive thru lane waited for 4 cars in the left drive thru lane before they took his order. When I got my food it was not even what I ordered. I was in line at 8:35 till 8:50. No one inside ordering and only 3 cars in front of me. I would leave 1 star at night.
