I went through the drive-thru at Caribou Coffee and had such a great experience! The staff were super friendly and upbeat, and my order was ready quickly. Prices felt very reasonable, and the coffee was absolutely delicious—smooth, rich, and just what I needed to start my day. It’s nice to find a place where the service makes you smile before you even take the first sip. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went the other day and I was in a terrible mood. After I ordered, the staff was so friendly, I drove out of there smiling. That is good customer service! Overall love Caribou too, if I need to go to a chain coffee shop, they are my pick over others.

Came here to try out their breakfast sandwiches. $16 for two breakfast sandwiches that tasted like they came straight out of the microwave. Clearly a frozen chicken patty that was warmed up and slapped together. Not likely to recommend or visit again
