Cleveland Pub & Grill

Came here for lunch with the family for altogether we ordered chicken club sandwich and BLTs. We sat outside. Service was extremely fast and very accommodating. It was a warm day and the sandwiches were perfect! Everything was fresh and spot on. I do recommend the onion petals as a side. They are like little mini bite-size onion rings. We will definitely be back to try the nice variety of burgers they have here and the wings.

My family and I went to the restaurant today and we had ordered a burger. When the burger arrived, one of my kids wanted fries along with it. There was a guy named Devin who was very accommodating and got us our fries. Music was great, and food was out of this world. Great place, very recomending.

I took some family members out to dinner on Friday, June 13th. It wasn’t a great experience, but I was going to let it be. That was until I checked my bank statement this morning and they didn’t put my payment through until today, July 6th. It initially showed as pending/ paid right after I went there. But apparently they never fully put it through until today which created an overdraft fee. That’s over 3 weeks. Had I known they didn’t take it out right away, like it showed, I would have added more to the account. Add this to the actual experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Feels very shady. The service wasn’t great. We had to flag our server down for refills and to order anything. The food was not good. The salmon had no seasoning and was served dry. The baked cod was cold. The wings were very stringy. At least the pizza was ok. They didn’t give us Tartar Sauce for the fish or cocktail sauce for the breaded shrimp. Even after we asked, she forgot and we had to ask again. We had to ask multiple times what their homemade dessert was for the day, as she didn’t know. Mind you it wasn’t that busy. Even though the service wasn’t great I left a nice cash tip. She could have just been having an off day and the quality of food is not her fault. But there’s no reason my card was ran the day of and then not put through until today. I tried calling the restaurant and was told there’s no one there that could help me yet and to call back at quarter to 11. I tried calling back but it rang a few times then hung up.

Good food, games, and atmosphere. My kids loved the duck machine. Great local bar.

The tap beer they serve is NOT the optimal cold temperature. This has ALWAYS been a problem here. C'mon...chill the lines a little more!

Parking: I can’t complain about a business I have never been to but I can complain about being on the property for about 30 seconds — DO NOT DO IT. Need to turn around , DO NOT ENTER THE LOT. Not familiar with the area and missed my turn - HUMAN ERROR- there was a guy mowing the grass on the property - identified himself as the partner of the place - on the riding lawnmower, it almost felt like he was pursuing me to get hurt - or purposely cross my path - so I stopped and rolled down my window to see what he was going to say, He asked if I worked there and I said no I just need to turn around. Keep in mind, I was not speeding. I was slowly going to turn around in the lot, but as I mentioned, it almost seemed like he was chasing me. He proceeded to yell at me about being on private property again - I did not Intend to stop and I would not have stopped, but I did so I would not hurt him And to hear him out. He then said to never do it again because his partner got hit by somebody speeding through the parking lot!! Again, I slowly turned into the parking lot. I was not speeding. He put himself in danger by trying to pursue me. My only intent was to turn around. Just saw that it said you guys had scotch eggs and very few places around here have those. Too bad I will never try them because this partner of the business was such a complete asshole. I would understand if I was speeding. I would understand if I even stopped to look at my phone or whatever but what a complete freaking douche bag. He also threatened me with a hefty fine in the mail because he took a picture of my license plate. To the partner that was hurt in a prior incident, I apologize for the asshole drivers of the world and I just want to say I’m sorry for never being able to even step into this place as your partner ruined any possible future experiences.

Great goofy appetizer options. Delicious mains good enough for fancy people or for the average ma & pa. Cheesecake made in house that comes in different flavors. All flavors are delicious. Friendly joint that anyone can go to! Btw get the scotch eggs. They take time, but so do the best things in life.
