I get cousins a lot for my lunch break during work and it always hits the spot! I would recommend the chicken cheesesteak with sauted onions, pepper jack, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, with chipotle ranch or brown mustard and mayo👍

Sandwiches were all stacked full of ingredients for each sub. They all were not labeled, though. They had a bench to sit down while i waited too. I ordered and picked up after my work shift so it was nice to sit down whiilst i waited.

Always great.... friendly staff, nice atmosphere and food is always done to order. My recommendation does not come with a negative mark, but as purely a recommendation .... Please acknowledge and thank folks when placing a tip. I have tipped up to 20%, with never a 'thank you'. That said, the staff is always friendly.

My sandwich and macaroni and cheese were great! I was greeted and served by Q and Lucas at the register. They were doing a great job of socializing, while also working hard to deliver a quality product! Great work, you two! My dinner was delicious!

I was super hungry. I ordered two sandwiches, two Mac and cheese, a large cheese curds, and a bowl of broccoli cheese soup. Now my stomach hurts from too much food. I didn't really care for the Mac n cheese, nor the broccoli cheese soup, but the chipotle cheese steak and chicken bacon cheddar sandwiches were delicious and Cousin's has the best cheese curds

The drive-through is always a fun experience the employees keep it entertaining and fun with their upbeat personalities. Especially Mr. John. The food is always fresh, and tastes great. I have been going here for quite a while now and I’ve never been disappointed.
Disappointed when we went through the drive-thru in the evening for three subs.
Bread was near rock hard.
The streak and cheese sub in a bowl was almost all lettuce and no steak.
We've had good experiences here in the past, but this last visit was really poor.

Called in ahead and after attempting to place an order and get confirmation on where they were located I was hung up on...called back reordered my food just to pick it up and it was wrong. Truly believe the order was purposely wrong because I complained about being hung up on. Soon as I called back they knew who I was and knew part of my order already. Won't be ordering from them again, terrible customer service and spent over $16 for one sandwich that was wrong.

It is one of the best and most consistent locations. Bread, lettuce, and tomatoes are always nice and fresh. I don't know if they are just more heavy-handed with the seasonings or what, but the subs tend to be more flavorful here than at some of the other locations.
