As of the past few months, the food quality has severely gone down at this Culvers. I'm getting greasy, poorly packaged/presented food. My food yesterday, literally put a hole in the bag, from all of the grease. I thought Culvers was supposed to be the epitome of high quality food standards. It's sad, this location used to be my favorite.

This was the second time in a row that the New Berlin location has majorly screwed up my order. Since I had previously had good experiences in the past I gave you a second chance. Tonight they didn't give me half my order and I had to go back. Food was just sitting there. So of course everything was cold by the time I finally got it all home. I only live 5 mins away. Won't get a third chance.

This Culvers used to serve good, presentable food but not lately. Everything looks very sloppy. The chicken noodle soup ( which is my 90 yr old dad's favorite!) last week smelled like... dishwater, not good, spoiled? Did not eat it. It's usually wonderful. The grilled chicken was not very done- and smeared with a mayo or sauce which never was on it before. What has happened to this place in the last year or so? It seems they don't care how their food looks & tastes anymore. Not patronizing this Culvers New Berlin again.

I’m not sure what’s happened to this Culver’s location, but the quality has really declined. Lately, every visit has been disappointing in some way. I once ordered the fish dinner and only received one of the two sides. Another time, I got the flavor of the day, and it turned out to be just vanilla ice cream with a single brownie chunk and one pecan.
Tonight was the worst experience yet. I came home to find they gave me a corn dog so overcooked it had cracked open, and the strawberry shake I ordered was warm and tasted sour. They used to be generous with portions and took pride in their food—now it’s unpredictable and careless.
Given how often this has been happening, we’ll probably be going elsewhere from now on.

Worst overcooked hamburger patty I've had in a long time. Dry and paper thin. Asked for ketchup and mustard and if it had possibly a drop off each. I won't be back to this place.

Ordered Chedder cheese on my sourdough melt, and the worker put gross american cheese on it.
Maybe next time when driving through the drive thru to have an upbeat cashier. Dead as a zombie no personality when working at the window.

So I usually get food from culvers and have at numerous locations.. this is the first time that I wasn't given cutlery, the butter, and coleslaw for my order. If someone's paying almost $19.00 for any order checking to ensure all items are in the bag should be a given for any franchise restaurant.
