I've visited this specific Culver’s location several times recently, and unfortunately, it has fallen short of the professional standards it once maintained. On one visit, I arrived right at opening and was surprised to hear management holding a staff meeting in a booth near me. The conversation included scheduling and other internal matters that really should have been discussed privately in a back office—not in the dining area in front of customers.
Today, I was again disappointed to see what appeared to be a manager wearing ripped jeans and a t-shirt. This casual appearance doesn't reflect the professional image Culver’s is known for.
This location could really benefit from stepping up its professionalism—both in staff conduct and appearance. I hope to see improvements moving forward, as I’ve always appreciated the brand and what it stands for.

I was at this location around 9PM 8/22/25. There was an issue with one of the items that I had ordered. I spoke to the manager, a lovely young lady with glasses and blonde hair (didn’t catch your name. She didn’t have a name tag on). She identified herself as the manager and I explained to her the situation and she did the unexpected and that was to make it right and then some. I would just like to let either the owner or upper management know that this young woman truly represented the Culver’s business culture and she should be commended for her leadership at the store. I’d like to thank her again because she provided some of the best customer service I received at any type of establishment in a very long time.

Had the chicken cashew salad. Salad was good but something wasn’t right with the chicken. It was crunchy rubbery. I have no clue if it was undercooked or overcooked, but I couldn’t eat it. I picked out the chicken and finished the salad.

I ordered a two scoop waffle cone. I was given a waffle cone with melted mush flowing out of the cone. It was barely a scoop of custard because the rest was running down the sides of the cone. She handed me a stack of napkins to catch all the melting custard, I guess that was supposed to take care of the problem. I did not pay for melting custard. I should have gone into the store and asked for my second scoop in a bowl but I couldn't touch anything, I was covered in chocolate, including the white top I had on! IF YOUR CUSTARD IS NOT FROZEN, THEN DON'T SERVE IT AS FROZEN CUSTARD! Very dissatisfied!

Not much too say because my food was great, fresh and warm. No complaints here
Very fast and well made food, I've never had problems with an order although it is a very dirty restaurant, finding a seat for two is difficult, let alone four or more. Booths have soda sticking to the table, fries on the floor, and crumbs EVERYWHERE. I wish there was more effort put into cleaning rather than just making food fast.

As of the past few months, the food quality has severely gone down at this Culvers. I'm getting greasy, poorly packaged/presented food. My food yesterday, literally put a hole in the bag, from all of the grease. I thought Culvers was supposed to be the epitome of high quality food standards. It's sad, this location used to be my favorite.

This was the second time in a row that the New Berlin location has majorly screwed up my order. Since I had previously had good experiences in the past I gave you a second chance. Tonight they didn't give me half my order and I had to go back. Food was just sitting there. So of course everything was cold by the time I finally got it all home. I only live 5 mins away. Won't get a third chance.

This Culvers used to serve good, presentable food but not lately. Everything looks very sloppy. The chicken noodle soup ( which is my 90 yr old dad's favorite!) last week smelled like... dishwater, not good, spoiled? Did not eat it. It's usually wonderful. The grilled chicken was not very done- and smeared with a mayo or sauce which never was on it before. What has happened to this place in the last year or so? It seems they don't care how their food looks & tastes anymore. Not patronizing this Culvers New Berlin again.
