Ordered 4 pizzas for my son's birthday party on a Saturday. Got them home and 2 of the pizzas were prepared incorrectly. Called the store to let them know and see if this could be fixed. They did offer to remake the pizzas. However with a house of hungry boys there was no waiting for the correct order. They took my information and said they would give it to a manager to call me back since I was a dissatisfied customer at this point. It is now Monday and have not heard from the store. This seems like a nice store with good employees and never had a problem before. But not happy at this point that they have not followed thru and contacted me.

Worst franchise! Slow service and when it arrives there are few toppings...ONE pice of meat per slice. Close the franchise. They try to offer a small replacement (offer expires fast)which is 1/3rs of FAILED ORDER and zero refunds. Reported to corporate.

Always slow, times online or in app are rarely correct. Would not order when there is long wait times if app wait time was correct. Employees unapologetic everytime. Look elsewhere if you want to get a pizza in under an hour.

I ordered a standard delivery order through their app. Submitted over a 20% tip. The pizza should have been delivered by 5:10 based on the app calculation. The store is 5 minutes from my residence. I don't think the pizza left the store until 5:30. It took over 20 mins for the delivery, once at my residence the driver called me and told me they did not have my complete order. I was presented the option to cancel my order and be refunded or they could remake it. I said I would like the order remade as we are sitting waiting for delivery. I have a 2 and 4 year old and a kitchen under construction. 40 minutes after the driver called me I called the store because I know it takes 10 mins to make the pizza. After waiting on hold for a few mins, I finally spoke with a store employee. I asked the status of the reorder. They said "well your order is complete we've been waiting on a driver". I said "well I think at this point this order should take some priority", he said "well I can't prioritize it until it's complete", I said, "why, you know how long it is going to take to cook", and the employee hung up. I am absolutely infuriated. At this point I doubt I'm even getting my food and if I do if I should even eat it because clearly the level of maturity and professionalism from this employee is 0. Wouldn't put it past them to vandalize the food. I have worked fast food and restaurants. I understand being busy. APOLOGIZIG should have been the course of action from this employee. Instead they hung up.

this was absolutely terrible. Forgot our dipping sauces. ordered pizza and wanted to add parmesan bites and cinnamon twists and then left to go to pick n save and came back 15 mins later and they still havenāt even started them yet. Workers would go to the cash register and take someoneās order and collect cash and touch the counter and proceed to touch our dough without washing hands. Absolutely terrible. Do not go here.

Food is quick. Able to order without speaking to an actual human and they remembered my past orders. I was rushing to work and to beable to speak everything instead of pressing buttons was so helpful. I have been ordering from them at least twice a week now.

Drive forget to get his tip with he dropped off my pizza at my door. When i called the store. The man who are wasn't very nice to me .

My order was messed up missing and item. I re-ordered it while standing there. The staff was extremely rude. And were going to make me stand there and wait for 20mins for lava cakes. So I canceled the order

Food is usually ready at the early time given. There is rarely any wait for pickup/carryout. Decent coupons are available online too.
Parking: Small parking lot with about a dozen total spots. When it is busy, especially with deliveries, the parking lot can get a bit congested (several spots are used by deliver drivers, notably the 1st spots you drive past upon entering their lot).

Well for one thing I couldn't believe it was quite busy at the New Berlin Domino's Pizza. We tried to order half-and-half and they could not even get that straight everything was mixed up all over. We got one or two little slices of onions on each piece. It was like eating cardboard And there was very little sauce or cheese. We were so hoping it was going to be a good experience but I'm sorry we would rather have a Jack's frozen pizza any day of the week
