I drive for Uber eats and the guy at the counter never looked up or spoke when I walked through the door. Rudely told me to sit, not once but twice! Order took extremely long. Never had an explanation or let me know how much longer.

When my brother and I and my son went to the dunking doughnut store on coffee rd in new Berlin Wisconsin. We asked for the dunking doughnut with the little handle at on the old fashioned doughnut. This lady who service us keep saying we are at a dunk doughnut store. I don't know if unstood what we were saying or if she was just playing stupid with us ?
This person was about in her teenager years to her eairly 20's
Is very hard to say these days.
This was around the years of i want to say between 2005 and 2006 maybe 2007 but to be honest I really don't remember the years it happened im sorry!

Burnt yet cold food even though I came right at the pick up time I chose. Drinks were also watered down. Gave me the wrong donut and wasn’t even willing to remake a drink that I ordered with tea instead of lemonade despite me being apologetic and despite the rest of the order being completely trash.

I never usually have problems with this Dunkin. I get a bacon egg and cheese bagel every time I go, but this time the bagel seriously almost broke my tooth it was ROCK SOLID.

I never really go to this location. I tend to stick with the location on Hwy 100. I figured since I was in the area I decided to grab a tea and some doughnuts. The trouble started when I pulled up in the drive through. She had me repeat the order 4 times and then she just asks me to pull up to the window. I guess she forgot to mute her headset because you can hear her saying I don't know and she sounded nervous. I get to the window and clearly repeat my order to make sure it was correct and that appears to resolved things (I assume it was a language barrier)
She takes my card, inserts it into the machine and then hands me my food and drink and then just says have a nice day. She didn't give me my debit card or receipt so once I get my stuff put down I turn back to the window and I don't see anyone. About 2 minutes later the guy she is working with comes back into view and I have to beckon him over to the window. He calls the girl back over and they both open the window to speak to me but as soon as I said I didn't get my card or receipt the guy says your card was declined. I'm like excuse me? No its not. I opened my app to show him the money was deducted. Then he goes oh my mistake you can take the food for free. I said you already ran my card and took my money. Give me my card back and I would like a receipt please. Then he hands back to card and receipt and then just closes the window. The whole interaction was just bizarre. And to top it all off I take my first sip as I was turning into the street and the tea was nasty. Had like a bitter chemically taste to it. I wont come back to this location.

The staff was polite, the service was slow and there was a strong language barrier.

It took nearly 30 min for me to grab 2 donuts and some munchkins (donut holes). There was only one customer in front of me who is already having the order processed. And it was not a large or complicated order.

We arrived at 8:30 and they were already out of several varieties.

I cannot recall a time in the past several months where they were not already out of product. It seems like for a donut shop they don't stock donuts.

Crossiant was stale. Hash browns were gummy and greasy. Guess stick with the donuts of you go. I'll pass on returning.

Gross...had to be given a key to the bathroom like its some kind of gas station..i walked into the bathroom saw the filth, handed the key right back..disgusting. donuts were hard/dry. Def wont be coming back..flithy
