I was tired of going to my home location in Greenfield, so I tried the one next to work today. They also got my order wrong... twice. I'll be a bit more lax with this review since there were only two of them... but it genuinely feels like Dunkin employees don't follow modifications. ?

I ordered two barvarian cream filled donuts, they were dry with very little filling, only one guy working and service was slow, what happened to the DUNKING DONUTS of yesterday with the whole back wall full of different donuts, will not go

This time there. Donuts are horrible. Frosting is always melted and the just dump them in the bag making a mess. Rude service. Avoid at all cost. Better donuts at pick and save.

I usually don't bash local establishments but really this is what I get for $1.79? Over $12 for a latte, sandwich and hash browns? Then I get 6 hash browns?

I typically don't leave reviews but I had to! I've been to this location and now remember why I shouldn't go. My husband and I stopped at 2 pm thrift the drive thru on a Monday. Zero people in the shop and no cars. We pulled in drive. Welcomed with a "Go ahead." We ordered 2 iced coffee drinks. I asked for a few pumps of sugar free vanilla and was interrupted by the woman mid order twice with an, "hmm..k," while I was talking. It was weird. Then I got a, "pull around." We paid and left. No thank you. No smile. Our drinks were TERRIBLE. So sweet!!! Pure sugar! And mine was wrong which didn't surprise me since she interrupted me 3 times while I was ordering. It was SO bad.... that we literally drove half a block through construction and pulled into Starbucks. We pulled through and politely asked them to throw out our FULL Dunkin' Donuts iced coffees.DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!

I drove twenty minutes to the Dunkin Donuts in New Berlin, WI because I wanted to get some cake donuts that are hard to find in the supermarket. The lady that took my order (the manager) first got my order wrong. I asked for six donuts and she gave me four. The worst part of all is that she put four glazed donuts in a bag! When I go home to serve breakfast, the donuts were a huge mess! My son tossed his in the trash they were so gross looking! There is a reason this Dunkin Donuts has bad reviews. From management on down, is a poorly run store!

Horribly slow there is one guy alone doing everything. Guy can't even manage the drive thru do people just drive off. This normally happens on the Indian own places they don't want to pay people so no one wants to work there they don't realize they losing lots of money by costumers leaving!

The Starbucks was closed due to construction, so we stopped at Dunkin. Ordered a couple of cold drinks. We were the only customers inside (others were using the drive-thru). We were waited on by a couple of guys. Friendly and efficient. The drinks were good and cold. Perfect for this 98F day.
1 person working. Was likely taking a dump when I walked in... stood there for 5 min, then he finally came out. Did not hear the hand drier so assume dirtbag did not was his hands (Owner, today is 8/31/2023 at about 2PM in case you wanted to check the schedule). Ordered my drink and sat down... lots of flies, had to leave. Before I left, went to bathroom. PUT A LOCK ON THE BATHROOM DOOR!!! FFS!!!! Also, this is how I know dude didn't wash his hands... hand dryer only, no paper towels to dry.

The manager was yelling at the employee's in front of us. I said we as a customer were not here to listen to that. You do that when customers are not around. The manager turned around at me and gave me a dirty look. Not very perfessional.

Terrible service. The guy at counter didn’t say hello and was not friendly at all. He just stared. He didn’t call out my order when it was ready. Terrible, awkward experience. I’ll be going elsewhere for sure in the future.

It was a joke. So many things went wrong. The messed up my friend’s order twice and charged her for something that should have been free. Then, they said they couldn’t give her a refund. I’m addition, they forgot to make both of our orders when there was no one else in the store. Now she has to call customer service and get the charge taken off her card.

I ordered a few muffins this morning. When I split the muffin in half, I found that in a few areas, there was mold. i had to automatically throw the muffin away. It will be my last time going to this location.
