Like coming here because they have fries... but service and accuracy are spotty at best.. my sandwich, which I paid for extra meat, as the same amount of meat as a sandwich without the extra charge. What a ripoff...

The food was pretty good. My French dip had good flavor but was kind of cold. The fries were warm and crispie so no complaints there. However, the staff seemed over worked? Confused? It took an unreasonable amount of time to get our food (about 25 minutes) and there were quite a few other frustrated customers who waited a long time too.

Decent place overall. Service was on the slow side for a call in take-out order. Employees seemed genuinely confused throughout the interaction. I believe they changed something about their bread, all of a sudden it seems very sweet. I think i’ll stick with GoldCoast Subs, but i’ll keep them in mind.

I've ordered from this Firehouse many times, time and time they continue to exceed my expectations. If something wasn't quite to what I was hoping for, the leadership always hears me out and offers soemthing to help make the experience better. Today, the manager Staphanie B. went above and beyond. As an individual who is passionate about service, Stephanie exceeds my expectations of high quality service to patrons.
