Firehouse Subs Moorland Road

It’s been a couple years since I’ve had terrible service at this place, but I thought I’d try it again, maybe they got better. The subs are good, so I thought it was worth the risk of trying again. I am still in disbelief that it got worse than it was before. It seemed obvious before, and now it’s painfully obvious, if you order online and they’re busy, they will not start making your sandwich until you ask them if they got your order. I thought I’d test it one more time, I walked in 10 minutes after ordering online. I took note of the person ordering their food at that time. When they were the only person not to get their food that had been waiting, I went up and asked for my order. Of course, they said the same thing they said every time in the past, “I’m working on it right now”. Eventually, I got my food, 45 minutes after ordering it And then it was wrong, apparently they couldn’t read the big letters that said no onion. And of course they can’t spit on your sandwich, because you’re standing right there. Although, they can pour a bunch of extra herbs on it to make it taste like garbage. it’s a no win situation, if you never ask about your sandwich, you may never get it. Although, when you ask about it, they get mad at you. I can’t believe anybody actually eats at this place. Unless I’m the only one that gets this service, although that’s terribly unlikely. And if you complain, you can get a free sandwich that you can wait an hour for next time.

The place felt kinda bland there was no music today but the decorations made up for it there was only one lady with light braids working today she did an amazing job keeping up and was really nice very suprised she’s the only one working though?? maybe they should hire more people???

I love this location! I have gone here several times and they have been consistently delicious and on time every time! They have wonderful and approachable customer service that I don’t always see at fast food chains nowadays.

I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs! I ordered a turkey breast sub and a hot tea, and everything was absolutely delicious. Kyle and the rest of the staff did a really great job. The team working on Saturday was awesome and is a great asset to this company. I’ll definitely be back!

I waited for my order for over 30 minutes and it just never came out. I unfortunately had to leave before retrieving it because the wait was just too long — they clearly did not schedule enough staff members for a busy Saturday afternoon. I will not be returning to this location which is a shame because the food is good but that’s simply an unreasonable wait.
