Having been to a handful of Firehouse locations, I knew what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised, my sandwich was better than that. Several other restaurant options were in the area, but I'm glad I went here.
Excellent light lunch option
I ordered for 5 people online and it was ready as soon as I got in. The food was also amazing!
Service was good , had to wait about 10 minutes for my take out order
30min wait for 3 subs... workers were goofing off and not working hard with lots of people waiting on there food.
We waited roughly 15 min. for two subs to go. The employees seemed to have no urgency and were chatting away amongst each other. The soda station was strewn with straw wrappers , there was food on the floor and tables needed to be wiped. One of the sandwich makers had her hair back but long pieces hanging out on the side. The kicker we got home and I didn't have the correct sub. Very disappointing, I keep trying as I've been here like 3 times in the past month but everytime it's an unkempt dining room and a slow experience, as if customers are a bother to them.

We used to come in and get greeted warmly. This time no greeting. I ordered online and it said ready in 25 minutes. Waited for 30 to go. Food wasn't ready, I was told they were working in it. No apologies for being behind. Staff talking and no sense of urgency. 2 more orders went out. 15 minutes passed. Asked about my order and told still working on it as an empty salad container was waved at me. 10 more minutes before food was ready. 2 subs and a salad and the salad was incorrect type and missing tomato and cheese.

It took 30 minutes to get two subs tonight. The workers could have cared less and when you’re making subs shouldn’t you have your long hair tied back? Gross! Our subs were made incorrectly. Made incorrectly to the point that the top of our sub bun was white and the bottom was white. Ridiculous! There was little to no meat on our sandwiches and we were given mayo and onions when we said no to either. And we didn’t get tomatoes. I know what it’s like to be busy…but this was bad. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Service was horrible. We waited 45 minutes for our two subs. There were five people behind the counter during a rush, and there was no organization, one girl didn't even have her hair tied back, and she blew her nose and didn't wash her hands before she put gloves back on. Multiple people were touching their faces while making the food. The girls stopped in the middle of a rush to start recording for their Snapchat story. Zero sense of urgency. Not worth the $. I understand it was busy, I've worked in food service before. But if the crew acted like they cared, I wouldn't be leaving this review.

Normally good, no problems. This time though, online order: both subs clearly to not have onions and have a pickle on the side...no pickle and there's the onions.
Do better next time guys. Literally the only time we've had a problem at this location.

Whole lot of movement behind counter but no sandwiches coming out. Slowest sub shop out there.
CHRIS and CHRISTIAN did an amazing job serving me at Firehouse and went the extra mile to give my dog a ‘pup cup’ which was there first one ever at this establishment. I told them that it was okay if they didn’t, but they insisted and asked if he would be okay with meatballs and got some meatballs, a cup, and top for my dogs! It honestly was so generous and kind of them! Chris also was extremely kind and patient with me when I split my payment!
If you love supporting your communities fire department, love friendly service, and great subs, you’ll LOVE this Firehouse Subs!
All in all, my ENTIRE family loved this experience, and another HUGE shoutout to Chris and Christian!
