I have been here 3 times before and never experienced the service I did today. To describe it as “painful” is an understatement. The communication with the our waiter was extremely difficult and awkward. Then to top it off he asks for our credit card before we see the receipt!! He tried giving us the reasoning, but at this point it was just pointless. Then the payment receipt comes back and just says “dine in”. No break down of the items ordered. I couldn’t even see if I was charged for the hash browns I ordered and never received. I’m sure if we had a different waiter. Our experience would’ve been completely different. But this young man needs to be retrained.

I'm not one to give bad reviews, I'm a pretty chill guy but here we go.
We walked in, took a few minutes to get seated. We were in a booth with menus and that was it.
We sat there for 15-20 mins and within that time there was no one coming to check on us. Not even glasses of water, nothing. And, it really wasn't busy at all.
The 2 hostesses were just standing there looking around. In fairness to the young blonde lady she didn't seat us, but the one who did didn't seem to alert anyone to come over to the table.
The food I can't rate cause we left. Not a typical move for me to just leave, but it was just not a good experience.
Maybe this isn't the norm, but that was our experience.

Food is great but its desolate and very quiet to the point you have to whisper to not disturb others. Waiters are also few and far between, often making you feel rushed.

Had a great celebration of a 14 year old. Connie was great, accurate and friendly and made our breakfast birthday a success. Thank you Connie!
Was given probably 2 tablespoons of gravy with my breakfast combo I ask for more and they charged me more Money to get another tablespoon of gravy 🤔 2 people 60 dollars for breakfast come on now and 2 ojs and one coffee was 14 dollars alone u guys can do better I won't be back until u are affordable again FYI hasbrowns didn't hit like it normally does almost no butter 😒

I’ve been to many IHOPs, this one is probably the best in Wisconsin. Tammy, our server, was incredible. Very kind, took amazing care and chatted/checked on us the perfect amount. Food was great, everything looked like the pictures, and tasted great. We are definitely going to be regulars. 10/10, ask for Tammy.
