I came in for a pickup that i placed over the phone and when i walked in i explained that to the curly haired lady at the counter. she then proceeds to tell me “one second” and just walks away and sits down at a booth to talk to her friend instead. she didn’t tell anyone i was here for my food, have me pay for my food, or hand me anything. I then had to wait another 10 minutes just for someone to actually help me and give me my food. if you don’t want to actually have to do your job and help customers then maybe this isn’t the job for you.

Gustavo provided better service than I have had at 5star non chain restaurants.

Went here for breakfast with the Grandkids. They were given plasticware and I was given silverware. Are kids not good enough to use actual silverware!? And, they didn't have Kid's Menus/coloring pages and we were told to look at the grown-up menu. Keeping them occupied while we waited too long to be served was a challenge. Food came out cool, bacon undercooked a little, plates overloaded with no room to cut up food for the kids. Server never stopped back at our table to see how things were going, Waitress had more tables than she could handle, amd the restaurant was cold. Overall, likely not going to return. We'll find a different breakfast place.

My waitress Lynn was short with me , rude to both me and other employees and basically rushed me to pay. I felt like she wanted to be literally anywhere else

Great food and friendly service! They generously provided a free Red, White and Blue pancake combo for veterans today. It was excellent! It included eggs, sausage or bacon, hash browns and pancakes with whipped cream, blueberries and strawberries. Thank you, IHOP, for honoring our veterans.

We stopped at IHOP for breakfast, and overall it was a great experience. I ordered the steak and eggs, and they were surprisingly delicious the steak was cooked well and had great flavor, and the eggs were exactly how I asked for them.

The only downside was my son’s pancakes. They were dry and the outside was so hard that he couldn’t eat them. It was disappointing since pancakes are usually IHOP’s specialty.

Service was friendly but nobody was really there except for like 2 servers and everything else was good, so I’m hoping it was just a one-off issue. I’d definitely return, but I’ll be checking the pancakes next time!

I took my family here today, we all ordered breakfast. Everything came out cold, waffle wasn’t warm enough to even melt the butter, my wife’s crepes were cold, daughters gravy was room temp and when I asked for my half cooked bacon to be extra crispy like I ordered it came back burnt and rock hard. Our server was a very nice young lady and did the best she could with the situation. And on top of it all there was no manager on duty, they supposedly had to call them. Do not recommend.

We took the grandkids to the IHOP in New Berlin, WI for dinner. Our grandson ordered a cheeseburger and fruit. It didn't come with pickles, so we asked if he could have some pickles for his cheeseburger.

The waitress brought him some pickles, when we got the bill there was a charge of $.99 for jalapeño peppers. My wife told her we never had jalapeño peppers, she said that was for the pickles for the cheeseburger!!

First time I have ever heard of being charged for having pickles with your cheeseburger.

The food was good and the service excellent but the up-charge for the pickles was something else. I doubt we would eat there again after traveling 2 hours to get there.

Food was just ok. I felt like my eggs were dripping in butter/oil they were cooked in. The server brought our food and never returned until we flagged her down for the bill. Then she gave us a bill with just a total, no itemization of what we ordered. Honestly I feel like this place is over priced for the quality of the food they serve.
