I visited this location during its first week open. At the time, there were around 20 employees behind the counter, and everyone was friendly, helpful, and clearly trying to make a good impression.
I returned yesterday for lunch and was honestly shocked at how far things have fallen. Not only has Jersey Mike’s gone downhill since being acquired by a private equity firm, but the amount of meat on the sub was laughable. The three employees working all looked miserable and irritated by having to interact with customers. When I asked for extra pickles, the employee acted as though I was inconveniencing him.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location—or this chain—to anyone at this point. RIP to what Jersey Mike’s used to be. Even Subway is a better option now.

1st time at Jersey Mikes. Very busy Saturday November 15th at 5:30. Line of customers in the store and only 3 young men working hard to fill in person and online orders. They worked together like a well oiled machine and were friendly and polite. Ordered 5 sandwiches. Everything was “as ordered” and perfect. Shoutout to those 3 young men working under pressure with such finesse. Keep up the good work.

Staff still does not seem to know what to put on subs. Orders 3 times now and order was wrong every time. This time called manager and she was so rude. One word after I would say something and kept trying to talk me out of remaking and just put a “credit” on file.
