Delivery is never on time. Food is fine, but as a teacher, I am on lunch a schedule and order ahead of time for delivery at a specific time. It is always delayed by more than 15mins.

This is kne of the worst Jimmy john ever I put on a order at 12 it took them 45 mins to bring me a sub and im 9 minutes away from the store so much for freaky fast this is bs going thru grub hub and all thay bs has really hurt your trade mark freaky fast 45 mins for a sub chips and a drink bro really

Maybe the freaky fast delivery doesn’t exist anymore. 50 minutes for 1 wrap. Called twice to see where my order was. The first call I was told it was out with the driver who had a couple deliveries and to call back in 10 minutes if it wasn’t delivered. It wasn’t delivered. I called back and I was told that the driver who had my order came back with it after making the other deliveries, I asked why and Alex said “I don’t know”. Again I was promised it was on its way. 6 minutes later it did show. The driver asked “how’s it going”. I responded “not good” and he had the nerve to ask “why”. Big no in the future.

This is probably my favorite Jimmy Jons in the Waukesha/Milwaukee area. Accurate and prompt, and the tastes fresh.

Your staff was very polite with greetings and farewells. The food was also great.

That being said, would it kill you guys to hold the door for a customer holding a car seat, two drinks, and a bag? I realize I put myself into that situation and I should’ve took two trips. It’s pretty frustrating though when at least 5 of your staff members are actively watching me fumble with your door.

Not sure what was offered, but thanks for offering to help once the bag ripped open in the parking lot.

Ordered because we were in the area and needed to grab food in between events. Sandwiches/order was accurate. Ordered with a future pickup time to make sure sandwiches weren't sitting for too long. Store made the sandwiches over 20 minutes early. As two sandwiches had mayo or oil/vinegar, sitting for 20 minutes is not ideal. Noticed receipt had a huge "DELAY" notation on it, which unfortunately was missed or ignored.
