Today we visited the La Promessa Food Truck, and we enjoyed delicious Puerto Rican food! I have included a picture of the menu so you can see all the food options available. The bus is very nicely decorated, and there is plenty of seating for guests. The service is excellent, and Luis is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend a visit to the La Promessa Food Truck.

Very humble owner, very dedicated to the craft. Always nothing but good from this place.
The food genuinely makes me happy. It comes out hot and fresh and the pork is just melt in ur mouth tender and delicious. The plantains are sweet and salty and don't even get me started on the sauce. Wish they gave more. That's my only criticism, I WANT MORE SAUCE!! I also got a Pina Colda, which was amazing!

Its been a great time whenever I've stopped here, incredibly chill place accidentally stopped by close to closing time because I did not check hours beforehand (sorry once again 😅) but was still greeted nicely. All food that I've had has been delicious you just really can't miss on whatever you end up ordering
