The app said if the order has been prepared and Ive been charged already, then call the store to cancel the order. I kept calling until I reached someone. The woman who answered said she couldn’t cancel my order and I’ll have to do it. I politely explained what the app told me to do and that she needs to cancel it. She laughed and said she can’t cancel it and I have to do it. I asked for her name and she hung up. Little did she know I’m recording this entire convo via dash cam in my car so I called back and asked to speak with the manager. She said she’s the assistant manager and still can’t cancel it. I asked for her name and she hesitantly said Marta. I repeated the name for clarity and she confirmed. I said I’m recording this convo and need her name for corporate and then I said thank you as I hung up.

Edited: same thing 1 week later. Seems the crew is a bunch of people who dont want to work. Atleast say something so we can head elsewhere. Instead just waste our time. They sit inside in the lobby sucking the owners money dry.

Placed an online order. Waited in curbside for 10 min then went in. Another person placed order on kiosk while I was in there. I was watching them make the food and this lady uses her bare hands to wipe the sweat off her face with her hand and wipe on dirty shirt then continues to touch food then she continues to take her phone out multiple times to text then goes right back to making peoples food with her bare hands WITHOUT washing her hands. Disgusting!!!!! I tried to cancel order but it didn’t let me so when the guy working came to give the person who placed on kiosk I went up to him and he asked me what was I picking up. (Note my food still wasn’t ready either!!) and I said I want to cancel and I told him what I witnessed and he didn’t see to care as her was standing there also touching his hair (however I didn’t care as much as he wasn’t touching food). I asked for the managers number. I left without the food- as don’t want to get sick. He gave me someone’s number- I called it and she was like who dis? And I’m like is this the manager for McDonald’s and she said she was the assistant manager. She seemed to be busy as it was loud with kids in background and she couldn’t understand me so I hung up. The health department needs to go clean up this location as clearly none of them have gone through food safety. I will avoid this location at all cost now & spread the word.

Stopped by for breakfast today. Went to order. What appeared to be a manager…20s, reddish hair with gel in it, had his back to us, but saw we were there. Continued to keep his back to use for at least 3 minutes while completing a drink for another drive thru customer. No acknowledgment, no “I’ll be right with you….” Nothing. Finally a guy from the back came to take our order. Clearly struggled with English. Placed order. “Manager” starts bagging our order. No hello, no how you doing, no thank you. Of course order was incorrect but ate it anyhow. Won’t come here again. Be aware.

I didn't even know McDonalds served hot fries, but apparently it can be done at the location on Cleveland and Calhoun in New Berlin! These fries were so good and hot that I inhaled them and could feel the heat in my throat.

Monday 4/29/24 6:05am place was not busy. Wonder why I received my order so fast. This is what I got. The one time I decide in a blue moon to go to Mc Donald’s. Soggy hash brown. Eggs like I never seen before. Milky substance underneath and cold. Completely unacceptable, for something so simple. Put pay them $15 an hr. Disgusted.
