So today I come in and ate my food inside , the server was okay but the workers were talking so loud and talking about stuff they should’ve be at a work place especially if there ppl sitting there and can hear what there talking about . It was very embarrassing!!!!!

I get carry out through the drive thru window. I don't eat in fast food places any longer. Too many crazies. Fast food can be good if you're pressed for time or have kids. But it has gotten really expensive, so it doesn't happen often anymore. This place is 5 minutes away which makes it convenient.

Another update 10/23/23Giving 1 start because employees continue to use cell phones while taking orders. Checking social media not texting the manager. If you're texting the manager that much(every time I come in) there must be some extra curricular activities going on with management and that employee.I will be taking pictures the next time I enter to show what I'm talking about and the employee's. That sh!t is so disrespectful and unprofessional.Another update 10/12/23Customer service needs work. I have come into this location multiple times since I work down the street. Several times I left standing at the register while employees look at me turn their back and continue to talk or eat while supposed to be working. Maybe since they're speaking in Spanish they feel they get to get away with it since I don't understand the language but I can clearly tell from the laughter that it's not work related. Also... of course you can't get my order correct if your to busy texting or on your phone while trying to take my order which was the case today. It wasn't the first time this has happened. Her.... (after about a min of me waiting) is that all... me... no I was waiting for you to be done and off your phone. Rude and unprofessional. Lowered my stars to 2 because it is a practice of them doing it at this point.Clean and food was good.Update.... a Little over a hour later....Costumer service needs work. You don't tell a costumer to wait in the middle of them giving their order to take the order of someone in drive through. That's very rude. Because of that I lowered my review to 3 stars.

They gave me my order very quickly workers were very nice and polite and they also made great conversation. The food came out fresh and hot and it tasted better than most McDonald's I have been too. I saw someone who got their order messed up by them and the workers seemed to be very friendly there also they even let them keep the wrong order if they wanted too because it already was opened. There food came out relatively quickly. And last of all, all of the restaurant was kept nice and clean inside of it and the ground was cleaned up and no crumbs that I could see.

McDonald's is always a good choice when you are on the move and wanna grab a quick bite.
I was pleasantly surprised today with this location. It is known for being slow and having issues, however today it was a good experience. I wasn't in the line for more than 5 minutes, even with a decent line, and the food was fresh and hot. The customer service could have been better, but I dont really expect that from McDonalds.

The early morning crew gets a thumbs down. Got my order wrong 3 times in a row. Only solution is for me to leave work and come back for a new sandwich. Employees in the kitchen are careless. The employees who hand you the order are rude and try to rush you out without even checking if you have everything you need. Manager doesn’t get that it’s inconvenient to have to come back for them to fix their mistakes. Luckily, there’s multiple locations in the New Berlin area so I can skip this one from now on.
