Meal was over $31.30… pick 2, we got 2 . Found it odd that they had no more baguettes.. so they said they can switch it out for the slice of bread. I said ok sure…. See the photo… not for a $30 meal. Them high school kids aren’t it. It’s best to go to that place where adults are behind the counter

The service here is very poor, the drive through staff is extremely rude and questioned me on the ingredients in a salad I ordered. The ingredients were on the menu. They forgot the chicken in my salad, then gave me a very small amount of chicken (three cubes) when I called that out. Very poor service.

I don't know how the food was because there was not an employee in sight. I tried multiple times to order from the kiosk, but the interface sucks. Please staff the front counter!

The entrance door and windows are ALWAYS gross. The seating area needs to be deep cleaned. It grosses me out to dine in. I hope the kitchen is clean.

This store specifically is the worst in the area. I'm not exaggerating at all! I used to order Panera almost every day for lunch at work as part of my weight loss but, it was the Waukesha location. My work recently relocated to a new city and now this Panera was assigned to me. I tried to keep quiet and give them chance, after chance, after chance but, nothing is improving. You can count on missing items and wrong items to be delivered. (not the delivery drivers fault). I have had to drive all the way back to pick up my items when I paid more for it all to be delivered and still had to sit and wait for items to be made that aren't even cooked. Now most recently my co-worker wanted to order Panera and since it's been almost a month since the last incident I decided to participate. Well, they skimped on all of our food and everyone's orders were missing items or just wrong. I ordered a bowl of soup because how hard is it to mess that up?? Well, it was only half full, so watery and my side is missing.

Had to wait while a difficult customer ordered in front of us. No extra help was called up front to take our order. Our soup was served luke warm. Sandwich was just OK. Women's bathroom was dirty. Men's bathroom was out of soap. This is the last time we will eat at Paneras. The brand has gone downhill.

Placed an order online for pick up and realized I forgot something. I could only cancel the order through calling, so I did so. The person who answered the phone said they would cancel the order. I hung up and I placed a new order with the items I missed. Minutes later, I receive a notification that the NEW order was cancelled, not the old one. I immediately called the store again. The person who answered assured me I would receive all my items ordered as she would add it on. Even asked the sandwich and side I wanted. My boyfriend gets home from picking up the order & no sandwich. Really disappointed, wasted money on a sandwich I didn't even get and false hope. At least the person over the phone was nice & the food was great.

The food has been good, but the last few times I have gone there for take out they have forgotten to include part of my order. Normally I check my bag before I leave, in which case they correct the error right away, but today I was in a rush and forgot. Sure enough, when I got home, one of my items was not included. It's extremely frustrating!
