Worst. Pizza Hut. Ever.

I placed an online order at the New Berlin Pizza Hut Express. It said it would take 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later. A woman was outside swearing into her phone. She paused her conversation to tell me she canceled my order because she didn't have any pizza dough. She told me I should have a refund within 24 hours, then she went inside and locked the door.

Frustrating experience.

Don’t recommend anyone going there especially if you’re Hispanic because you will definitely get treated badly. I waited over 2 hours and never received my order and was treated differently compared to other customers. Both the employee and general manager were extremely rude the entire time.

Horrible service took over an hour for a pizza

I ordered from Puzza Hut for the first time in a couple of years, having avoided them due to constant mistakes. This time, they “forgot” an entire item on my order. When I called, I was handily dismissed by whoever answered the phone and told to take it up with Uber eats. My concern was handily dismissed, and there was no offer to make it right. I would avoid this location at all costs. They are not competent, and rude.

Love the personal pan pizzas. Get what I want on my pizza and don't have to compromise with others in my goup.

Order two pizzas. They both were overcooked and dark. They obviously tasted bad, but I did not have time for them to remake them

Honestly, I paid $30 for a single pizza and it’s not even worth $15. Paid for extra pepperoni and there is barely any on it. The new pan crust is absolute trash.

It's crazy this place got so many bad reviews! I have been coming to pick up my pizza here because the one by my house disappointed me often enough I gave up. I've only ever ordered late when getting home too late to cook and everything is so perfect. High fives all around. The manager on duty even called to tell me something was out of stock that didn't show up when I ordered online and did what he could to keep me pleased. You guys are my late night dinner savior. Thank you!!!

Pizza was cold and the wings were burnt...and not even luke-warm.

This was the worst pizza we’ve ever had. Not even exaggerating. Pizza was overcooked, dry, and came with almost 0 cheese besides a small blob in the center of the pie.

Stay Away

Dec - 8th - 2024 Ordered for my father at noon, have tried calling 5 times and they won't answer, called corporate no answer. So we are just being robbed in plain sight. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT. 🗑

I have been going to this Pizza Hut since moving to West Allis. They always get my order right and on time. Very clean store. Owners and employees are all very nice too. Would recommend!

Got yelled at by the guy working there, I was just asking when my pizza was going to be ready. Got there on the dot and he got mad that I was early. Came back and had to wait 20 minutes. Pizza was fine.
