Pizza Hut

The 2nd time I've tried delivery pizza from this store, now this time its undercooked and the entire pizza stuck to the bottom of the box rendering it JUNK since its a jumbled mess trying to get it apart. I will not order from this store again and would suggest no one else does tillnthey get there act together

I put in a future delivery order 3.5 hours early. Without telling me, they decided to use door dash instead of a regular driver. The Dasher was late to pick up the order, then waited 10min in the store for another order. To top it all off, the swapped my bread stick order with a chicken dish I didn't want. Horrible customer service

The employees & delivery drivers are usually very nice, but my food I ordered most recently was kind of depressing. I paid for extra cupped pepperoni and there were some slices that only had like 1.5 peps each, and my Buffalo wing sauce was like water.
I will say the flavor of their personal pizzas is FIRE, but I was just disappointed to pay extra and not get the pepperoni.

Unfortunately found out the hard way that this pizza hut location was absolutely terrible! Generally not one to write reviews but when you waste money after waiting for 1.5 hours...placed an order online, said it would be ready in 20, showed up 15 minutes later and waited another hour for my order. There was no communication except for the one employee working, yelling out that she's canceling orders because they were out of food. I finally had to ask if mine was being cancelled. Silver lining...finally got my food, in trajectory of the night, it was nothing I ordered. Lesson learned.

Team is great over here! Pizza Hut is super nostalgic for me. My Dad & loved it growing up. These folks made my pie perfectly & had everything ready for me. I recommend this location.

Worst. Pizza Hut. Ever.

I placed an online order at the New Berlin Pizza Hut Express. It said it would take 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later. A woman was outside swearing into her phone. She paused her conversation to tell me she canceled my order because she didn't have any pizza dough. She told me I should have a refund within 24 hours, then she went inside and locked the door.

Frustrating experience.

Don’t recommend anyone going there especially if you’re Hispanic because you will definitely get treated badly. I waited over 2 hours and never received my order and was treated differently compared to other customers. Both the employee and general manager were extremely rude the entire time.

Horrible service took over an hour for a pizza

I ordered from Puzza Hut for the first time in a couple of years, having avoided them due to constant mistakes. This time, they “forgot” an entire item on my order. When I called, I was handily dismissed by whoever answered the phone and told to take it up with Uber eats. My concern was handily dismissed, and there was no offer to make it right. I would avoid this location at all costs. They are not competent, and rude.

Order two pizzas. They both were overcooked and dark. They obviously tasted bad, but I did not have time for them to remake them

Honestly, I paid $30 for a single pizza and it’s not even worth $15. Paid for extra pepperoni and there is barely any on it. The new pan crust is absolute trash.
