Pizza Hut

Order two pizzas. They both were overcooked and dark. They obviously tasted bad, but I did not have time for them to remake them

Honestly, I paid $30 for a single pizza and it’s not even worth $15. Paid for extra pepperoni and there is barely any on it. The new pan crust is absolute trash.

It's crazy this place got so many bad reviews! I have been coming to pick up my pizza here because the one by my house disappointed me often enough I gave up. I've only ever ordered late when getting home too late to cook and everything is so perfect. High fives all around. The manager on duty even called to tell me something was out of stock that didn't show up when I ordered online and did what he could to keep me pleased. You guys are my late night dinner savior. Thank you!!!

Pizza was cold and the wings were burnt...and not even luke-warm.

This was the worst pizza we’ve ever had. Not even exaggerating. Pizza was overcooked, dry, and came with almost 0 cheese besides a small blob in the center of the pie.

Dec - 8th - 2024 Ordered for my father at noon, have tried calling 5 times and they won't answer, called corporate no answer. So we are just being robbed in plain sight. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT. 🗑

I have been going to this Pizza Hut since moving to West Allis. They always get my order right and on time. Very clean store. Owners and employees are all very nice too. Would recommend!

Got yelled at by the guy working there, I was just asking when my pizza was going to be ready. Got there on the dot and he got mad that I was early. Came back and had to wait 20 minutes. Pizza was fine.

I placed an order the night before on the mobile app for the delivery of 10 pizzas at 10:45 AM to my child’s birthday party. It said that I could expect my order to arrive within 10 minutes of the selected time. At 11 o’clock the order had not arrived and the app had no updates on the status of my order. I called the store and learned that my order was sitting at the store (I don’t even think the pizza had been cooked yet) waiting for a DoorDash delivery person to take on the job and the worker stated there was no estimated time for delivery. No one from the store reached out to let me know the order was not going to be there on time. Nothing on the app indicated it would be delivered by DoorDash. Instead, it appeared that a delivery person from the store would be bringing my food to the birthday party location. I ended up having to leave my child’s birthday party to pick up the order which resulted in the pizza arriving 45 minutes later than planned. We had to rush through the end of our party time block. I will never do this again.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. The place itself is gloomy and dark inside besides dirty. The pizza was raw and there is a lot of bulky green added topping. Don’t waste your money here 🤮🤢

I can NEVER get ahold of this office. They’re always BUSY! I don’t understand, they never put everything that you ordered. They work with a 3rd party if you get delivery. I NEVER write reviews. Ever! But this place is absolutely ridiculous, good pizza but crappy service.

I don't know who was it but I think it was a manager. He was totally rude and abusive.
