Went to get a super slice meal, was told 8 minutes, then asked about breadsticks, those were 15 minutes. This place is ridiculous, 6pm Friday night and they don’t have one piece of pizza ready and not one breadstick, guess I won’t be back

Breadsticks were old, stale on the ends. Pizza dough not cooked all the way through in some spots, or maybe just soggy spots? Never had this issue before so maybe it was an off day. Will try again

The pizza is always fresh at this location and the people are great and accommodating. The manager and I believe his son used to work at the BBQ place out on Rawson Avenue in Franklin and they both have been extremely helpful everytime me and my family have dined in. Best location in the Milwaukee area!

This lady in pictures had an extremely bad attitude no good service or anything seemed annoyed to be their bad service for the place i say not a thank not anything. Also gave like the stank eye. The only thing smiling was the m&ms.

Ordered two #4 combos, both with the sausage and pepperoni super slice. The slices were fresh out of the oven, the breadsticks were soft and perfect. Had nacho cheese and marinara for the breadsticks and it was AMAZING!! Will definitely be coming here again with my family.

Ordered a family meal deal, came out in less than 5, pizza and breadsticks were garlicky and golden brown, I received a pepsi when I’ve asked for a Mtn Dew, but with no hesitation and no problem, I received my Mtn Dew. Service was great.

Absolutely horrific experience.
My dad brought my 3-year-old daughter to Rocky Rococo - New Berlin today, and they served her a carton of milk that had expired FOUR MONTHS AGO — in MARCH. It’s JULY.

Within minutes of drinking it, she began projectile vomiting inside the restaurant. It was terrifying. She’s a toddler — her little body couldn’t handle that level of spoilage. I’m beyond angry and heartbroken that a place serving families and children would be this careless.

How is expired milk from MARCH even still in your fridge? How is there no system in place to prevent something this dangerous from happening? This isn’t a minor mistake. This is complete negligence and a serious health risk.

And to make it worse, the staff showed zero urgency or compassion. No apology, no concern, no action. Just blank stares like this was normal.

This could have been a medical emergency. You’re lucky it wasn’t worse.

I will never set foot in that restaurant again, the health department WILL be notified — because clearly food safety is not being taken seriously.

Parents: BEWARE. If they’ll serve a toddler 4-month expired milk, they’ll serve anything.

Everytime I come here they are constantly OIT OF SOMETHING. I always have to wait 40 to 50 minutes for even a slice of simple cheese pizza. Im done. Avoid

This place consistently goes the extra mile whenever I visit. I feel like I’m more than a costumer each time. The food is prepared to perfection and the staff are amazing. I recommend this particular Rocky Rococo over any other!
