We’ve been ordering from this location for several years and it’s always been very good but lately they’ve taken it to a new and higher level. The pizza delivery is now the best in the area. I’m from out of town but have ordered from here many times. I absolutely love their pizzas. We recently ordered from Rosatis again and we ordered a few pizzas along with other items. I have not had a Chicago style pizza in a while and absolutely loved Rosati’s Chicago style pizza. It was thick, packed full of tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni and sausage. I wished we had ordered two Chicago style pizzas as we devoured it quite quickly as a group. It was delightful like I remember Chicago style pizza I ate in college. Our other pizzas and bread sticks were great as well.
I also love chicken Parmesan sandwiches and feel I have to try them if they are on any menu. Rosati’s chicken Parmesan was okay but not the highlight of our order. I’ve definitely had better at other places.
We ordered takeout and our food was ready as stated when we placed our order.
I would recommend ordering from Rosati’s and look forward to the next time we visit family and order from them again.

I'm only rating the pizza and it is really good! The crust stays crispy and doesn't bend in half if you have a lot of toppings. The sauce is flavorful and the toppings are always fresh. We haven't had a bad one yet. After being disappointed with so many local pizza joints we finally found our go to pizza even if it is a bit of a drive.

5/16/25 Ordered pizzas and a calzone for delivery. All pizzas were good. This is the first time the calzone was under done. For the money we pay, it should have been cooked properly.

Most awesome pizza ever they have the best Italian sausage on the pizza. The cheesy bread is also great. Their wings are good. Their pepperoni pizza is awesome. Customer service and staff are really really nice. No complaints at all if you have trouble getting through there a small place for pick up and delivery in carry out so just keep trying they’re worth every second..

1st time visit. This location is the BEST Rosati's in Wisconsin. The Food was Perfect. The slices held up. Firm. Great tasting. Met the Owner as soon as you walk through the door. Tried the Franklin location for 10 years. New Berlin is my New Rosati's. Highly Recommended.
Top notch food, the guy was very pleasant to work with, helped us take the pizzas out to the car. Highly recommended.

My pizza was not made according to my specifications. I called the store to complain and got no resolution just excuses. The customer service is terrible. I will NEVER order another overpriced pizza from this place. This is basically $20 off trash. Very disappointing.

I just ordered a pizza online with notes and they did not read them obviously. This pizza was not made to my liking according to my directions. I called and no resolution was offered. I will be throwing this terrible pizza in the trash. I tried to pull off the Unwanted topping and it basically pulls all the cheese off. They just lost a customer. I will NEVER order another pizza from them. The pizza is also overpriced.
