5/16/25 Ordered pizzas and a calzone for delivery. All pizzas were good. This is the first time the calzone was under done. For the money we pay, it should have been cooked properly.

Most awesome pizza ever they have the best Italian sausage on the pizza. The cheesy bread is also great. Their wings are good. Their pepperoni pizza is awesome. Customer service and staff are really really nice. No complaints at all if you have trouble getting through there a small place for pick up and delivery in carry out so just keep trying they’re worth every second..

1st time visit. This location is the BEST Rosati's in Wisconsin. The Food was Perfect. The slices held up. Firm. Great tasting. Met the Owner as soon as you walk through the door. Tried the Franklin location for 10 years. New Berlin is my New Rosati's. Highly Recommended.

Food was ready on time for pickup and was still hot 10 minutes later. Pizza and garlic cheese bread was awesome. My wife said the gluten free pizza was also good.

My pizza was not made according to my specifications. I called the store to complain and got no resolution just excuses. The customer service is terrible. I will NEVER order another overpriced pizza from this place. This is basically $20 off trash. Very disappointing.
I just ordered a pizza online with notes and they did not read them obviously. This pizza was not made to my liking according to my directions. I called and no resolution was offered. I will be throwing this terrible pizza in the trash. I tried to pull off the Unwanted topping and it basically pulls all the cheese off. They just lost a customer. I will NEVER order another pizza from them. The pizza is also overpriced.

Crust was worse than Jack's frozen, whole pie was undercooked. I dont know what happened to this place since I last ordered about 2 years ago, but I can say we will not be back. Ever.Edit: Reply to "owner" response service: You have my info already, I'm simply not interested in you any more.
