This is the best Starbucks! I have been to A LOT around the Milwaukee area and its suburbs, and this is bar far the best! My husband and I go there often with our dog Luna through the drive thru, and we are always greeted with smiles, positivity, and cute messages written on our cups. They even know our orders by heart now and show all the love each time to Luna! ♥️ And, of course, the drinks are always right on point! The staff are exceptional! Keep doing what you are doing because it's working!

On Monday, March 24, I stopped by the Starbucks drive-through for a quick pick-me-up citrus tea. When I was greeted with “Thank you for choosing Starbucks. How may I make your day better?” I decided to turn the question around and asked, more importantly, how are you, and are you having a good day?” Those simple, caring words really made all the difference.
Shoutout to Mike & River, the amazing drive-through team, for turning my gloomy Monday into a bright and cheerful one with kind words and a sweet message on my tea cup! It’s amazing how a little care can turn someone’s day around. I highly recommend this location and their wonderful team!

I love this Starbucks! The team is always so friendly and helpful and I love that they now offer glassware for cold drinks so we can reduce the use of plastic!
Thank you to river the worker who helped me order my drink and personal made it. As well as writing something sweet on mine and my mom’s drink. Definitely made our day better with his bubbly personality

Was my favorite one but, one bad apple gotta mess everything up. I will not be going here again. I was there on the 21st, lady clearly made my drink wrong. Looked super off. Then she went out of her way to argue it was made correctly. (I wouldn't even touch it because of how wrong it looked). I requested a refund or manager to remake it. Didn't want then1 batista touching my drink. Manager made it perfectly idk what the other ladies issue was it clearly was wrong. You can thank her for going ahead and making me pull out my own machine. I'll make my own shitty expresso drink.

Been here a few times. They do a decent job. My one complaint, is that even though I ask them for extra foam on my London Fog, they still only make the usual amount. Going to have to keep making that point.
