My daughter is literally crying because they closed stone fire. We have several cards with money on them and she loves going there. Another example of millionaires wanting to pocket money instead of keeping kid's and our culture happy.

They got rid of half the games they used to have and a lot of the games they did have weren't working. Staff was also not very friendly.

It used to be good but they took away all the stuff for adults to do minus the games at least twice when my grandson and nephew were playing a game bigger kids kicked them off their game... While they were playing it...

One of my kids favorite places to go. We’ve been coming here for over 7 years now. Came today for a party and it’s still an amazing place with some updated things. THE GM was very POLITE & accommodating. Was amazing to see someone of that power out on the floor, cleaning, interacting & making sure he could do anything to meet other’s expectations. Thank you

We called twice before going to make sure they were open and everything was operating. The site states the rides open at 4 pm. The first person that answered didn’t know anything. Second person assured me they were open. We get there and the rides are open BUT the games are down. That would’ve been nice to know on the phone call! After paying for the buffet the kids were able to get on the rides for free until games were open which they enjoyed. The place could DEFINITELY be cleaner especially the buffet. The 3 stars are for the really nice staff.

Don’t go here for the food. I can’t remember eating anywhere that I have disliked more. We did arrive 30 minutes before the place was closing the food court. The salad bar was nearly empty when we walked up and the removed all of the soups 10 minutes after we arrived. I have had better pizza from the grocery store freezer section. Did I mention they charge $20. per person. Try it for yourself if you dare. Good Luck!!

Really cool place. Went to a kids birthday party here and it’s full of fun activities, arcade games and the food is pretty good too. Definitely a place worth checking out.

Pretty disappointed in the high price tag (2 adults, 11 yo, 3 yo, 1 yo and was over $100) while it is not clean, there was hardly any food and what existed was burned or looked like it was sitting for days. The games are decent, I think the best part was the family restroom that had a tiny toilet for our 3 year old. There was also a toddler play area by the food that was decent, just looked very dirty. Lastly the restaurant area was very dirty and the high chairs were disgusting.

Family favorite to just sad.We went today for our son’s birthday and the whole place was just sad. Our kids always pick them for their birthdays. After many years of celebrations here I don’t think we’ll be back.Starting with the buffet, it was only about half filled. We asked for a few missing items to find out they were out of everything. They didn’t even have milk available for the kids when we asked. Our young kids were left with poor tasting fruit punch or soda. I left half my plate at dinner as all the food tasted off, salad with dressing was not right, sour cream for tacos was warm, pizza made my stomach turn. This buffet was always my favorite and I couldn’t stomach it today.Toddler play area was very worn with rips in the padding exposing wood. Torn balls all over the place. Balls in the ball pit so dirty the white balls were closer to black then white. We went over to the games side, attractions were closed on a weekend afternoon (they did say that on the door before we walked in). But then it got worse, many game we wanted to play were broken and then when our kids did when tickets there wasn’t really any prizes available. This place has always been a family favorite. After tonight we are not sure if we would come back!

Food isn’t very good, little variety, most looks like it’s been sitting too long, and it’s expensive. The games were fun, but also expensive. It would be worth the price if you could go just to play, but since you have to do the $20 buffet with few options of icky, old food for each person, I don’t recommend it.

This place is VERY overpriced & dirty. Brought my son here a month or so ago. On that day, the dining areas were dirty & no staff was walking around to wipe down tables or keep areas clean. Womens bathroom was dirty too. Paper towels & toilet paper on the floor. In the game room, 2 different games took points off my card, yet I never got to play the game.On today’s visit, I had hoped to see an improvement. Nope. Today was worse. The pizza tasted stale like it had been sitting out for hours. Dining areas were dirty again. I walked in to the main room where a movie was playing. Saw people sitting at a booth. Came back into that same dining area an hour later so my son could sit down & eat ice cream. Uneaten food, dirty dishes, & napkins from the people in the booth earlier were still sitting on the table they were at. Garbage & food scattered on the floor in dining & buffet area. Bin for dirty dishes was full. Staff just standing around & talking behind front desk, buffet line, & in gaming area. All look like teenagers & with no adult supervision. Toilet in Family bathroom does not flush, no “out of order” sign on it. Only one soap dispenser in the Family bathroom & out of reach for little kids. So what is the point to having a sink at their level? And some of the games require way too many points to play for the brief amount of time you get to play. Ridiculous.Instead of telling people to call Karen Hubbard, why doesn’t management or Karen get a grip on this place, listen to their customers, fix the issues people complain about, & make the changes that management says are on the “To Do List”(according to what they said in other customer reviews that I read).

I really have nothing good to say about this place. It is WAY overpriced(!!!!!!!!!!) & games cost too many points for the length of time you get to play. Dining areas are dirty, tables not cleaned off or wiped down between customers, food & garbage on the floors, dirty dish bins are full, did not see any staff cleaning in dining areas; food is stale; no adult supervision of staff(teenagers) & they are just standing around talking to each other behind front counter & buffet area; & dirty bathrooms. Also your Family bathroom needs a soap dispenser that is at a level appropriate for young children. Otherwise what is the point to having a sink at their height/level? And to the owner or management: I had my son’s birthday here back in 2019. It was ALOT nicer then & clean. Not sure what happened between now & then, but this place has become a dump.

Very nice place to play dine and enjoy with family. Kids have lots of option to play video games and fun with their friends staff are very friendly and there is a lot of dining option such as pizza, pasta, macaroni fries taco etc.
